Working in the restaurant business myself I would grade this experience a true 10/10 from a customer view and a management view. Young lady who waited on me named Kaitlin or Caitlyn was really all you could ask for in a cashier. Very attentive , did an upsell , very friendly. “We were traveling from New York. Don’t have Long John Silver in our area. We did enjoy the food. The Resturant definitely needs a make over . Booths need paint. Old tables. Railing and steps outside need painting. No curb appeal. Woman’s bathroom door lock was broken and toilet dispenser was taped. Shouldn’t be this way. Needs some class for sure. We do miss and love John silvers. I’m sure they make enough money to do upkeep.“

“We had a great time at the resort at glade springs. They are reasonably priced. They offer every amenity needed for a good time with everything conveniently located. Golf, tennis, basketball, bowling alley, movie theater arcade, pool, three onsite restaurants. the free breakfast buffet is good. The people are friendly. They also offer shuttles to and from the winterplace snowtubing and ski resort. The room was great and the pool even has a lifeguard. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that offered that which I really liked. I felt safe and we had a great time. The room was nice. We stayed inside the main inn.“
