We were traveling from New York. Don’t have Long John Silver in our area. We did enjoy the food. The Resturant definitely needs a make over . Booths need paint. Old tables. Railing and steps outside need painting. No curb appeal. Woman’s bathroom door lock was broken and toilet dispenser was taped. Shouldn’t be this way. Needs some class for sure. We do miss and love John silvers. I’m sure they make enough money to do upkeep.
It’s nice now that you can pump the amount of tartar sauce you want/need. The food is always hot & good, BUT no butter for the hush puppies ???? C’mon man 🤷🏻♂️
My favorite fast food to eat. I wish they were more readily available to eat at. Sadly Many shops have closed in recent years.

Long John Silver's is a restaurant that serves delicious food. The food is Cooked perfectly and the employees are very friendly. Some customers had issues with their orders, such as getting the wrong food or not getting their requested cocktail sauce, but the staff, including the manager, were helpful in fixing the problems. The restaurant is very clean and the employees keep it that way. Customers enjoy the cheese sticks and the Captain's Bell. Some customers had problems with the drive thru being slow or their food not being prepared correctly, such as the batter being slimy on the fish. However, many customers have had wonderful meals at Long John Silver's, including orders of CHICKEN PLANKS, and appreciate the friendly service and fresh food. The restaurant also offers a coupon for free fish and fries with the purchase of a large drink. Overall, Long John Silver's is a great spot to eat, with good food and friendly employees.
