“Food was great. Maybe need one more worker floating around to keep lines short. Waiting to pay for our food was the longest wait. Just my opinion, especially around busy hours. But the food and the service was awesome. Will be back for sure.“

“There's three ladies at the Beckley West Virginia Chipotle Mexican grill are exceptional at their job. Me and my son went in for lunch today and my son is quite picky on his burrito. The ladies took their time and got him exactly what he wanted. Thank you ladies. Keep up the great work.“

“I tried the new Cantina crunchy chicken taco. When I opened it up there was one bite of chicken and a pinch of cheese...and this was priced at $2.99. I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. Overall, the experience was good...our orders were filled quickly and accurately.“
