“The pepperoni roll was delicious! It's also huge for $6, about the size of a small calzone. We also ordered the Hot Sausage Roll which had peppers and onions with about 3 whole links of sausage inside. This s***** was a beast, but does not have any cheese. The antipasto salad was crisp and tasty. So a solid four stars on the food. The service was lackluster, not bad, but nothing to remember. It did take a solid 40 minutes to get our food, and there were only 2 other people in the dining room and nobody ordered take out while we were there, so not sure what took so long. The place is pretty outdated, there's no music so the silence is brutal, and if you judge the kitchen by the appearance of their restroom, you might want to eat elsewhere. The mens room hasn't been cleaned in days, maybe weeks... so I'm being generous with the four stars because the our food was hot, fresh, flavorful and affordable.“
“I ordered the new hot honey pepperoni pizza and it said it would be 15 minutes before it would be ready. I left the house and 10 minutes later was standing in the restaurant. I paid for it and the pizza was coming out at that time. The gentleman cut the pizza, put it in the box and handed it to me. Delicious! Perfectly cooked and I appreciate the fact that 15 minutes after I ordered it I was already in the vehicle driving home. The gentleman was very friendly and I appreciate the speed and quality of this location.“
“Just stopped for a quick lunch on our way home to Ohio. We like to try the mom and pop shops in an area when passing thru. Service was quick. Beth, our waitress, was very nice and attentive. Food was hot and our beers were cold! Nice too that they have a small smoking area outside. Wish we could sit outside at a table with our beers and smoke but we appreciated the area they did allow it! Would definitely stop by again . ?“
“We ordered a pizza for delivery and it took a little longer than expected but when we did get the pizza we was very satisfied they make extremely good food delivery person was very nice and explained that they was very busy and after eating the pizza I can believe it“
“The wait time is a lil long, but worth it cuz the food is absolutely amazing.. IF, IF... you can afford their absolutely ridiculous prices. It's just way to unreasonably expensive. $50 for 2 pizzas.. come on, that's insane in todays times.“
“$5 Delivery fee on $15 worth of food we only live 3 miles away. When you charge 30% of the price of the whole meal on delivery expect business to decrease and your drivers are suffering the most because it kept my wife from leaving our normal $5 tip. Lesson learned on our part.“
“Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Zappers was accommodating and welcomed our large order. They were on time and it was delicious. Several weeks later, I needed a receipt for work and Terry went through the trouble of finding it for me. Above and beyond!! I highly recommend Zappers!!“
