Disrespectful manager. Ordered food, pulled up to wait. Waited 10 minutes as others came and went. Went back inside and my order was ready they just forgot me. Asked for my money back on the food, since I already consumed my drink . Manager kept saying he was busy fixing a problem. All he should have said was I'm sorry. Just excuses.

I would just like to know what kimd of world we live in that a homless teenage mentelly handicapped kid can't even get a cup of water, I was visiting this lovation and this poor kid asked if they had anything they were throwing out because he was starvingand was told it was company policy that they can't give away free food which I get but after he got a no on that he asked could he at least get a cup of water and they told him no it cost a quarter and he said all I have is a nickel and they still told him no, so I bought him a cup of water and I gave him a box of peanut butter crakers, I was going to buy him something to eat but after I witnessed this I don't want to spend my money there.

Ordered the two fish sandwiches for $6 but she only rang up one. Ordered a lemonade and it came up $3.85 instead of $3.49 on the menu board. Well I was waiting for my order to be assembled I asked for my cup for the lemonade and they said no we will make that for you. Apparently put a strawberry lemonade on my order instead of a regular lemonade. I saw them make my sandwiches and the bag was just sitting there so I inquired whether my order was ready. Finally they finished assembling the order but by then the sandwiches and fries were cold. They handed me the order and I asked where my lemonade was. They had forgotten it. Four workers and I was the only customer

The food and cleanliness of the place were good but the attitude and behavior of some of the employees leaves a lot to be desired. This has been an ongoing problem at this location.

It's clear from reading all of the other reviews on here that the employees here need replaced or trained with basic customer service skills. Everyone here, including management, needs to seek a new line of work because their attitudes are abysmal. I can't believe that ownership is allowing this to continue and for the business to be hammered into the ground by people who couldn't care less about their job or the customers they're supposed to be serving. No greeting. No thank you. No customer service, period. The gentlemen cleaning the floors were the only people who were friendly. I'll never return to this location. Terrible...

went through the drive through at 10:15pm and was obvious the guy working the window did not want to be there . he didnt say a word gave us our roast beefs and shut the window . the sandwiches looked like somebody stepped on them they were cold and the bread was hard. wont be going back any time soon.

The Frog King

Asked what sizes their boneless wings come in because I always forget. Ordered the largest size in buffalo (which I get a lot here) and some other stuff, employee left and went back outside without giving me my receipt. He nor anyone else thought it important to tell me that they didn't have any boneless wings left or that he'd rung me up for their largest order of nuggets, which I can't eat because they scrape my gums and I've never been a fan of the taste anyway. He must've known they were out because I said "boneless wings" several times during the order, never once saying "nuggets". It's not hard to say the six words "sorry, we're out of boneless wings".
