Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

I went to Bellacinos in Beckley today for lunch. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed another customer bringing a plate back up towards the counter, and exchanging it with a plate an employee had. Then said employee said my name and brought that same plate over to me. When I questioned it, said employee responds with "no it's fine he never touched it." So I went back to the counter to ask for a refund, cause gross. Again, the employee chimes in and says "you could've just asked the man if he touched it." So, I emailed a complaint, and this is the response from what I assume is the owner here in Beckley. So just know if you're going to Bellacinos, it's hard to tell how many people may have gotten your food before you. But obviously the manager was standing right over the other customer and knows he didn't touch, breath, sneeze, cough, or she'd his dandruff into my food. What a joke.

Loved this place!
We had the 12" Bellacino's Pride pizza and the 18" Stromboli Grinder. Both were excellent, and came out quickly hot and fresh. And the pickle spears that came with the sandwich! Yumm!
The coke drink machine is wonderful! SO many options. I had Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda, but noticed there are 3 other cream soda flavors including orange and peach! My husband had Barqs Vanilla Rootbeer and said it was good.
The interior of the restaurant is pretty and very clean, and prices were reasonable.
We will definitely be going there again!

Husband and I split a small ham and cheese sub. It was DELICIOUS!!! Even the pickle was crisp. Each of us got our own baked bbq chips. I personally don't eat bread much but will occasionally make an exception for Bellacino subs. Sat by the windows to watch the Beckley skyline... love those gorgeous huge white fluffy clouds.

Parking: In between Walmart and Lowes,.. Bellacinos have a huge area for parking.

My daughter and I choose to eat here at least twice per week. It’s convenient, the food is good and the staff is always nice. That changed this evening, and I won’t be back.

I ordered the same thing I always do. My sandwich was fine, but my daughter’s sandwich had nothing on it. When I took it up for them to fix, I was treated horribly. My daughter heard the man yelling at me.

I realize people have bad days, but it is no excuse for the shoddy, unprofessional way I was treated. It is not good for business. He needs to be written up at the very least, and fired at best. What a disappointment.

Steak grinder was dry and they cut back on the meat,15 bucks a sub,next time I will go to Jimmy John's,oh yeah,had no tomatoes on it either, very little mayonnaise,I'm done with them

Normally I have excellent experience with this place, but this time was not. I specifically ordered a salad with Italian dressing, got home and they put the wrong dressing in the bag. I called to let them know that next time they should pay a little more attention to the tickets and well they had the nerve to say I was rude to the employee when they turned and got an attitude with me.Like I said most of the time my experience is great, but I was pretty upset this time for being called rude and basically a Karen for complaining about something as mild as dressing. However when that was to be your dinner it's not something mild to complain about
