Well as our waiter played with his hair 20 times the steak was like rubber ask for medium rare got medium well the broccoli was cold the loaded potatoes were not even hot enough to melt the cheese rolls and biscuits were cold waiters are winey teens had to use a napkin for a saucer to eat bread then ask for napkins during our visit our waiter set in a booth with his friends that were hanging out also could not get a refill because the only time he returned after was us stoping him asking for napkins cause we had to use our silver wear napkin for saucer ,could not even get him to bring check had to ask for it at service desk. I was so upset at the service i didnt finish my meal i asked for a box so I could go home and heat up a well done rubber steak i will not come back here I thought we would try this one its close to hotels so it has to be good also nope I'll stick to the one in beckley plaza by the mall never again harper road. HUNTER WAS OUR WAITER. ALEXIS STARTED AS OUR WAITER.
THEY WAS NOT BUSY ONLY US AND TWO ELDERLY WERE THERE THE WHOLE TIME Total of 5 people in the whole place.

Been to Bob Evans many times in many states. It’s usually just a decent reliable place for a quick sit down breakfast. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bob Evans location. Ordered breakfast for myself, my wife and our two young children. Kids pancakes were undercooked and raw inside. My eggs and hash browns arrived cold. I let the server know. She took it back and said she’d get a fresh order. When she went back to kitchen to report my concerns the cook came out. Looked straight at our table and his body language said everything that he was thinking. Made it seem like we were expecting too much. Because expecting a warm meal and fully cooked food is too much, lol. I waited about 10 mins for the first part of my replacement meal to arrive. Received the eggs and hash browns but waited another 6-7 mins for the French toast to arrive. So by that time my eggs and hash browns were almost cold again. I like to eat my meal together. Bacon was overcooked and hard both times. Manager came to ask how things were. Didn’t even know she was the manger, she was wearing sweat pants and a green sweatshirt. Very unprofessional. Went to pay at the end and saw the manager there and expressed that I wanted to offer some feedback. I basically told her what I’ve written in this review. Told her I wasn’t upset but wanted to offer some meaningful feedback. She was very passive aggressive. Blew it all off and made it seem like my expectations were out of line. In full transparency she told us. It to pay to which I answered in fine paying. She refused to accept payment but wasn’t very genuine or pleasant about it. I asked if I could leave my waitress a tip. She seemed surprised. I told her she ran around and it wasn’t her fault how things went. She said not to worry about it. I insisted and left her $10 cash and requested she get it. I don’t need handouts or free meals. My feedback was meant to be constructive, not a complaint. As a manger I felt she would want to hear some honest feedback on the experience so her location could make improvements moving forward. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor start to our long day of driving. We will not be eating at Bob Evans again, anywhere. It’s experiences like these that can have a significant impact on an entire chain. Many positive experiences in many restraunts can be tarnished by one or two bad experiences. One bad apple can spoil the batch.

No soap in the bathroom, trash over flowing. We waited at the door while employees leaned against the counters chatting and made zero attempt or effort to speak or acknowledge in anyway. Finally seated in a near empty restaurant. Manager came out in a short that clearly came from the dirty laundry hamper. Untucked and wrinkled all over - every inch of the shirt was wrinkled like it had been waded up in a small bag. Server dumped ice, lemon, and straw on the floor right by my seat. Black tall.male.employee ate and drank the entire time he was being the counters-not acceptable behavior. Not once did he do anything but eat. Never cleaned it up, left ice for people to fall on and trash. Place is dirty, service is poor.

Ordered 3 meals. They got 2 of them wrong. Didn't add or subtract anything from the meals, still got them wrong. Food was Bland and simple. Waitress don't come around often so sip your drink slowly or it won't get refilled in time to wash your dry food down. $50.00 for 3 plates and sweet teas. Not worth it. Barely better than hotel food.

I ordered the Thanksgiving Family Feast for 8 people. I get home and find that the containers of food are half full. No way this can feed 8. And the price! No more Bob Evans for our family!

The food and service was great here!
I love this store me and my family have came here for years but stopped for awhile because they were definitely having trouble for a couple years but let me tell you now it's like coming into a different store, everything is so clean and the employees are so nice and welcoming they truly are happy to see you. They are so fast to get you seated and our waitress was Stephanie and she was incredibly on point with everything, the food came out fast and was perfect everything ran really smooth and they were busy the manager Keith was the one who checked us out and he thanked us for coming in and made sure we enjoyed everything and told us to make sure to come back in soon and we definitely will it's like going to a friend's house for dinner

We haven't been in a state with Bob Evans in a while so we stopped for nostalgia. The restaurant was very clean. Our server was so kind I cannot remember her name but, she was very friendly. The food was ok, the rolls were WONDERFUL! All in all glad we were able to stop in and enjoy comfort food.
