We haven't been in a state with Bob Evans in a while so we stopped for nostalgia. The restaurant was very clean. Our server was so kind I cannot remember her name but, she was very friendly. The food was ok, the rolls were WONDERFUL! All in all glad we were able to stop in and enjoy comfort food.

My family & I love Bob Evans. This one is the closest one to where we live. We quit coming as much as it always seemed to be in chaos and not running so smoothly. We decided to try it again a couple weeks ago. It is now from what we have heard under a new General Manager. And it seems to be exactly what it needed. The atmosphere is so much more comfortable, the employees seem not so flustered anymore, and the place is very clean. We were very happy with our service, food and overall experience. We will for sure be returning to our favorite restaurant.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could!!! i have been coming here for years and i stopped when they had that girl chastity working and all she ever does is complain. i tried coming back after almost a year and my experience today said everything…. i came in and she waited on me again and was nastier than i remembered! she made a face everytime i needed something and all i ever asked for was some napkins and gave her my food order.. i hear her talking about my favorite server stephanie and my family!! how do you guys let someone liked this work here! her attitude is too much for me and i don’t think ill be back in anytime soon… she shouldn’t be a server unless you guys support disrespectful behavior…

I love this store it's so good to visit. Keith the General Manager was so quick to welcome us and seat us. He stayed out in the dinning room talking to customers and checking on tables you don't see this much anymore. Me and my family will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making are experience so great I will recommend this store to everyone i know now.

Comfort food done right! The chicken noodle over mashed potatoes (can’t remember the exact name) was delicious, and the biscuits were as good as ever. We ordered chicken noodle soup for our toddler, and it initially came mostly broth—but our sweet server personally scooped us a heartier bowl. Great stop on our road trip from Pittsburgh to Pigeon Forge!

The girl with dark hair and a neck tattoo who handed me my pickup order, your rudeness was unnecessary are uncalled for. Checking my order over before I leave to make sure I have everything, is normal. Giving me an attitude isn't.

Sat down at a table, all the sudden there are ants and bugs crawling on the table and out of the silverware. We moved tables to avoid them and to continue trying to eat here as we didn’t want to be rude from the bugs. Should have left. Finally got food, a few bites in and there’s a hair in it. Awful experience. The host allowed us to move tables and was nice about it. Our actual server looked annoyed she remained our server but was annoyed that she had to get clean silverware, came up to the table to get order drop off food and drop off check. Completely grossed out by this place. Wish I had thought to take a picture of the bugs too but was grossed out and ready to go. Went to go pay and bugs are crawling out of the candy boxes too 🤢
