Food is always good but sometimes the service is not and it’s a shame when you and only one other customer are there but you don’t get your rolls or refills but they can have a 30 minute conversation with other customer but In 15-20 times about half of those were negative experiences due to the service

Visiting from Texas to meet with family hereFood was delicious,service was wonderful.We stayed and chatted after our meal. We weren't bothered to hurry up and leave . Very friendly staff. Do recommend ?Kid-friendliness: My children have egg & milk allergies, I recommend the turkey kids plate . Carrots and broccoli were cooked just right. They loved it.

The dining areas are totally stripped of personality, making the experience rather depressing. Such a shame that they have removed the down-home country atmosphere completely. Staff and food are wonderfully spot on. No Grits!!

Ordered takeout. Staying at hotel next door. One set of flatware. One napkin, no spoon for soup, that was watered down. Mashed potatoes scraped from bottom of pan, brown on bottom. Missed one order of potatoes completely. This was for 2 people, that is why One set of cutlery and one napkin were important to note.

We came during a very busy lunchtime, and they seemed a bit understaffed. The staff were very friendly and even though it took awhile to get our food, it was delicious. The tables were clean but the floor was rather dirty in some places.

Waitress had a bad attitude. Had to ask for the rest of our order several times. Portions of our sides were ridiculously small. Worst Bob Evans we have ever eaten at!

Picked up a Thanksgiving feast. Was very good and pleased with all the food. Placed order online for curbside pickup, there on time but was overlooked and waited an hour, finally I did grab the attention of a very helpful young lady that was assisting another curbside customer and she promptly returned with my box of goods.

Ordered curbside delivery, arrived called they said that they would be right out as soon as the order is completed, 30 minutes later, I called again to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. Got fed up and went inside to find my order had been sitting on the counter and noone could tell me how long it had been setting there. Needless to say by the time I made it home (under 2 miles away) most of the food was cold.

Ordered take-out online. It was not ready when we arrived. We ordered 2 entrees: turkey and dressing and chopped steak with mushrooms and onions. Got home and had 2 turkey and dressing entrees, no steak. Sides were incorrect, the breads were even wrong. The turkey tasted as though it had been leftover and re-heated for a week. Bob Evans used to be a decent place to eat. We won't be ordering again.
