They're usually great and good on timing in drive thru, just sometimes the food gets a little too nuked in the microwave where the meats tastes like it's been boiled in water.

I love BK, but I always walk away if the restaurant is dirty or if it has flies. With that being said, this was my first time eating at a BK since before covid. We are not local and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. This BK was super clean, no flies, staff was friendly, and I saw a staff member constantly cleaning the dining area (Payton). I was able to see the kitchen, and it looked clean. I wish all BKs were like this one.

Food was actually good and fresh with a great amount of condiments on it...It is usually a piece of lettuce or a piece of onion it had a good amount. I GOT THE NEW WEDNESDAY BURGER.
Great burger, food was fresh and hot. Hard to beat a whopper with cheese when you're craving a burger!!

I've been told that the manager at this location will side with her employees regardless of the situation. I got to experience this first hand today. One of the employees completely dropped the ball and instead of offering a simple apology which would have sufficed, she chose to blame us for her screw up. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to look over at us as we were talking to her. She just repeated the same BS. Their policy appears to be - blame the customer and accept no responsibliliy. I will not be going back to this location. They need to replace the manager and some of the employees.

I've been frequenting this location for years and while the food has been consistently good, the utter lack of customer service needs addressed. Management AND employees here act like they couldn't care less about whether you're there or not. They completely ignore you at the counter if they're busy. They won't even offer an apology if they make you wait. Honestly, you're lucky if they even acknowledge your existence at all. While the food is normally good for a Burger King, the customer service is awful and ruins the entire experience. Ownership needs to look at some of these reviews and realize there's a problem internally. If I have a desire for Burger King in the future, I'll go to another location.
