Every single time I have visit this drive thru I get very rude staff with very poor customer service. They blame customers for their own mistakes and they like to argue and be hateful for absolutely no reason. I usually don't visit this one but my daughter really wanted the spongebob meal and I did not want to drive all the way to harper road as I was in a hurry. I ended up asking for a refund after I placed a second order and I will never be back after the way I was treated and spoke to.

Stopped here with a group of eight on a long drive from Ohio to North Carolina. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor. We ordered food and simply asked for cups for soft drinks while we waited. The staff refused and had a very rude attitude about it, which was unnecessary. The food was just okay nothing special, but it was the unfriendly service that really made this a disappointing pitstop. With a large group of tired travelers, a little politeness would have made all the difference.

Came through the drive-thru with my family and I wanted to do card and cash. The person who was taking the money messed it up and took everything off of my card so I asked him to call his manager up there to fix it! Jessica came over and basically informed me that she can't fix nothing and if she does she's going to recharge my card again in order to fix it so I told her she should be able to find another way to fix it she tells me that was the solution and through my receipt in my car! Jessica is very rude and unprofessional and when I explain to the next manager who was at the window what exactly the issue was her response was oh she knows better than that. The people that work at this location are very disrespectful rude and have no customer service skills at all!!!

Stopped by with my family. Ordered over 80 dollars worth of food. They forgot cups, toys, and nuggets. They were very rude and disrespectful. I understand they were under staffed but it's unacceptable to be messing up so many peoples orders. Go slow get it right and get it out. I even had the receipt to show them and my food. We ate inside. This was my first time ever eating at this location and it will be my last. Wishing everyone else the best. Hopefully they improve.

Food took 20 minutes to get after ordering. Fries were very overcooked, staff did not have a sense of urgency to take care of customers. When I ordered, there were 16 people who already ordered and were waiting for food.

Well needless too say I ordered two whoppers one was plain with bacon and cheese the other how it comes what do they do two whoppers with everything on them what if I had an allergy and trusted you that’s a lawsuit and what ever happened too good customer service the customer is always right that’s food 101 people need too get evaluated here for incompetence due too perpetual stupidity can’t make a simple order or burger right you got an issue it’s one thing if it’s the tables fault but you have employees goofing off texting in the windows and whatnot completely unacceptable don’t waste your hard earned money or time not too mention they want me too waste my gas and have the sandwich in hand which I still have then unplug their phone and not answer because they wanna scream their policy and interrupt me before I can even finish what I’m trying too say

We went here just a few minutes ago we went through the drive through the person that waited on us was rude haful and had pet hair all over her uniform the other girl that was there with her was the same way she was cussing the manager and other people and there's was Pop all over our cups we use to love to eat at Burger King but this will be our last trip here we will find someplace else to eat
