Stopped here with a group of eight on a long drive from Ohio to North Carolina. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor. We ordered food and simply asked for cups for soft drinks while we waited. The staff refused and had a very rude attitude about it, which was unnecessary. They're usually great and good on timing in drive thru, just sometimes the food gets a little too nuked in the microwave where the meats tastes like it's been boiled in water.
I love BK, but I always walk away if the restaurant is dirty or if it has flies. With that being said, this was my first time eating at a BK since before covid. We are not local and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. This BK was super clean, no flies, staff was friendly, and I saw a staff member constantly cleaning the dining area (Payton). I was able to see the kitchen, and it looked clean. I wish all BKs were like this one.
