Beckley Chili Night ended too early. All I got was a chocolate chip cookie I found in a sealed plastic bag on the ground. It was delicious. Walked into Cheers. Roadhouse style security was friendly & impressive but I was a bit irritated. Walked back out looking for chili. Didn't find any. Came back to Cheers, was touched by an angel and gave up all my weapons at the door. Showed the young ones how it's done. After walking away from a misguided courtesan I found a young muse who wanted taught a life lesson. She was catered to. She kissed my hand among other G rated shared intimacy while dancing. Sweet emotion comes to mind. Shorties were plentiful and eager to have fun. Was only warned twice about my bad boy behavior. Found me a favorite waitress early and she kept me humming and my cup overflowing all night. Surprisingly, the Dj and his lovely spouse and owners of the club are tight with my tax man and political mentor Tony Martin. Disks were spun even more deliciously than that street trash cookie. Will definitely be back after pay day. Highly recommended for affordable drinks, attentive staff & daring dancing. Not sure where the videos of me ended up but I'm sure they will only help my bid for mayor next year. Inshallah. (God willing.)

staff was so rude, not surprised the place was empty. very clear why they closed their other locations. can’t even get your id checked without the staff being rude. won’t be back

It's not great. The staff isn't the most pleasant and the owner is pretty rude. There's a reason her other bars shut down.

Rude staff. Confusing protocols with covid. Closing off the main exit and making people crowd in a hallway by making there be only one entrance/exit. They also don't enforce people wearing masks inside. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time here.

Stopped by awhile back while in town visiting family and friends. Staff was rude, security always acting "hard" and trying to intimidate everyone coming in. Beer selection was terrible. Well/mixed drinks were weak and over priced. Music made it feel like we stepped into a time machine to 2007, outdated and overplayed. Do yourself a favor and walk up the street to Fosters or grab couple bottles and friends and drink at home. You will have better time guaranteed. Will never go back. This place wont be open long.

Horrible place among the worst around Beckley

This bar stinks and the owner very rude makes you feel uneasy.
Bartenders did their best to make up for the lack of class shown by their "SECURITY" rep with a Napoleon Complex, who is basically a version of Paul Blart (without the segway or any hope for a future). Tight tee-shirts don't make you tough, neither does putting your hands on females 1/3 your size who are non-intoxicated and caused no problems. Cheers has sadly been turned into a version of Club 3-D, and there is a reason it is no longer in business.

Very dangerous place, staff r constantly harrassing people for no reason. My friend said they have roaches in the kitchen someone needs to call the health department!!
