I'm going to give them 5 across the board as we have never had a bad experience until our last visit. When we went through the drive thru last time the young man manning the tablet payment system dropped it which meant it needed rebooted so although we arrived with no other cars by the time we got to pay several cars had driven through. I believe because of that issue we were given the wrong order, we had one single meal and received two kids' meals so we came back...
They're usually always good and fairly quick on drive thru. Just a little pricey and never opened on Sundays. Wish they were sometimes!! Hope their points gets better in the future. It's a little hard to get good points and things to select with those points unless you spend CRAZY money there. I don't think that's right
Chick-fil-A consistently provides excellent food and service, which is one of the many reasons we appreciate them.
Kid-friendliness: It's very kid friendly. We love the toys because they are usually books that have value, unlike the junk toys most fast food restaurants have.
