Food and service use to be great. The last two times I have been there the food is so salty you can barely eat it. Tonight 7-22-2025 I ordered a ribeye in return I got a sirloin that was so tough rubber bands would’ve of been better. Our waiter never introduced himself. Another waiter got ours and another tables drink order. Our waiter didn’t even deliver our food and never came back to check on us or bring refills. The only thing our waiter did was put the order in completely wrong. Do better guys.
Being hated because of your race! Not having what you requested brought out because you are male. Then made fun of as you leave. Corporate needs to do some house cleaning.

My friend and I ate there. We got the three for me Qp burger. The burgers were cold as well as the fries. (Which took 15 minutes after we got our burgers, to be brought to our table. ) We both ended up sick the next day. It was the worst dining experience ever. We will never eat at any Chili's again.
The buffalo wings were horrible they did not taste like buffalo they tasted sour and I called out there and they did even try to make it right. They said there buffalo has vinegar in it. I have eaten all over Beckley WV and never have I tasted vinegar or something sour in my wings. That was just disgusting never again will I order from them at least put that the buffalo wings taste sour due to using vinegar.
