This was my first time in Beckley and when I say it was amazing it was AMAZING! On my first day at this chilis we were told a wait time of 15 and I was able to be seated not even 1 minute later, and my amazing server Maddie was amazing she got our orders in quickly and more importantly our food to us fast and hot! My second day I had Alex and despite the restaurant being busy and it was only him and 1 only server he was holding it down managing to give AMAZING service to all of his tables. Both Maddie and Alex deserve a promotion, a bonus, or if they get paid hourly then a raise or all 3. If you want amazing service (who doesn’t) then ask for either one of them and you will have the best service that you’ve ever had

Very clean. The food was phenomenal, the staff courteous and quick. An all around great experience for a decent price. Management at Chili's is right on!! The drinks were wildly available from liquor,wine to cola and coffee.

Kid-friendliness: Yes the have a great menu selection for children such as chicken fries french fries etc..

Truly, one of my favorite places to eat. I had the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. Delicious ! Candice my server was excellent. Her service was super attentive, professional and friendly. The atmosphere perfect. 10s 10s 10s across the board. I highly recommend Beckley Chili’s for everyone.
It is usually very cold in their dining room. Just a hint of advice. Set on the far right (when facing the building) of the dining room. It is usually warmer than the other side in the afternoon.

I picked up my order for a ribeye steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. That was the most disgusting meal I have ever had. The steak was nasty, grissel and fat in it. The mashed potatoes and broccoli tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Yuck! I'm not going back!
