Incredible customer service. Called missing items from a pickup order, To-Go specialist and manager politely and professionally handled our issue and made it right. Our meal was excellent!
My 1st time eating here. Took quite awhile to get seated, about 45 min with no one else waiting. Our waitress was phenomenal when we were seated. We had a group of 11. Food was really good. Fair pricing, like an expensive Applebee's.
This was my first time in Beckley and when I say it was amazing it was AMAZING! On my first day at this chilis we were told a wait time of 15 and I was able to be seated not even 1 minute later, and my amazing server Maddie was amazing she got our orders in quickly and more importantly our food to us fast and hot!
