One of the grossest restaurants in Beckley. Workers coughing on your food, coming in sick, just all around nasty. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

NASTY! This place is disgusting! They have nasty food and I even saw one of the workers (long blonde hair, with facial piercings everywhere) coughing all over the food one day ? and the workers are RUDE!! I'd suggest Taco Bell over this place and that's saying something.

The meats and the salsas are laced with garlic. You can’t taste anything else, but that.
Too too much. Cooks need to seriously dial back the garlic.

Clean store, staff was friendly, docked them a STAR for one bathroom being "out of service" (it wasn't my bf used it), and the other was then a unisex bathroom. Food was as expected. It was good.

Service was so friendly. Portions were great and whoever made the rice at 1pm Friday August 2nd needs a raise because it was perfect. The best chipotle I've ever had 10/10

I’ve eaten at chipotles across the country and I’ve never had more disappointing chipotle than from this location. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but I don’t know what’s going on at this store. The food tastes terrible. We’ve tried it 4 times now. There is NO flavor at all, the Barbacoa is full of fat, ingredients are all lumped together inside of the burrito, the chips are covered in salt and burnt. Dont think I’ll be back and will stick to the 2 hour drive to Charleston.
