I can’t believe the last three times I have been to this location they have messed up my order every time. Then when I call I get a voicemail. This is just ridiculous someone needs to get a new job cause obviously they don’t know WTH they are doing!!!!!!!!! I am not happy.

Tariffs hit the onion rings at Cook Out. On a one tray order 3 mistakes were made. I guess I will stick to Cook Outs that are in the native state. Why does not a single dine in Cook Out offer changing tables

Family favorite fastfood, any location. Considerably better than McDonalds at cheaper price.
I always supported the place because of it having Christian music, a place where my kids could come and sit and not listen to trash like country music, bad words..I was so disappointed..I asked for the manager and she told me that they only have Christian music on Sunday's..you've lost what made you great..I can go to other secular places and get good food..your cook out was great..why now should Christian come there, I feel betrayed as a Christian and Pastor...I won't support you anymore , and other Christians are offended too..Word of mouth made you great and Word of mouth will hurt you..please come back to your ROOTS...Pastor Brady..

Used to absolutely love this place! I can see it’s going down hill by the choice of lettuce they decided to serve me. We need the kids out of the kitchen and some adults. Not happy. I’d like to take this back to the cook and say “you eat this!”

Ordered a sandwich and paid extra for onions to be added to my sandwich and wouldn't you know it they put it on the receipt to add it and of course didn't so thanks for the 10th time of charging someone for extras and not adding it to their meal
