We had to ask for a server after being seated. The food came out in stages. Ordered a salad and had to
wait for dressing, ordered pancakes and had to wait for syrup. Server never came back to check in how things were going. Worst experience at a Cracker Barrel we've ever had.

Ours was take-out but the food was great! We actually went inside to pick up the food so I guess we did enough to answer all questions.

Had hair in food brought me another plate. Wasn’t like I ordered. Couldn’t eat it after I got my meal. Took it home gave it to my spouse and instead of hash brown casserole having a black hair in it. The meatloaf had a hair, I never want to eat at the Beckley catcher barrel again

I will say this place is cleaner than the crackerbarrel that I work at.
Parking: Probably would be difficult to find parking when busy and I think some of the hotel guests use the crackerbarrel parking.

our server trinity was great, however it took over 45 minutes for our food to get to the table and our food was over all not very good. i got sirloin tips, they tasted awful and had the texture of sausage. i typically enjoy their food but today they were off. maybe they were short staffed, im not sure but i definitely wasn’t pleased. once again, the front of house staff were very kind and hopefully next visit will be better.
