I pre ordered my cookie and I got there and they couldn’t find my order on the tablet I had to show them the order confirmation and they took 20 minutes making the cookie. I finally got it and it looked like this! If I could rate this a 0 out of 5 I would. I and very disappointed these cookies are to expensive to be messed up the way it was. Here is a side by side of what it’s supposed to look like.
