Decent quality food, but WAY overpriced for the quantity. Almost $60 for two people to have a decent meal? For $35-$45, two people can just go somewhere and get an all you can eat buffet!! The employees were nice enough but had no sense of urgency. They were very disorganized. They had the same person trying to drop food, assemble orders, handle pick-up orders, and run the cash register, all while running into the lobby to make drinks.

Staff were young and loud. Meat was not good. Was only room temp. Sides were hot. Been there 4 times and always the same. They keep meat on chop board. Need a to be left in the warmer and maybe hot would taste better. Definitely won't return to the Beckley WV location. If you want good Dickys BBQ go to Red Oaks Texas.

The food is pretty solid but I'm very disappointed at how out of control the tipping culture is getting. When I went to pay with card and the tip screen came up when you push 0 it does nothing meaning that you aren't allowed to not tip. The tipping doesn't bother me at other places but when it's a requirement that's a no no to me.
We were on a road trip in the mood for barbeque and something quick and Dickey's Barbeque Pit delivered. Service was fast and I was impressed with the portion sizes for the price.
