First off the guy making the food didn't wear gloves, then our order was wrong, and lastly we didn't get our sauces I've heard the place was full of rude employees but now I believe it. The prices are too high for this service and you pay for extra sauce and don't get it but they add toppings you didn't ask for or want and don't even think about asking them to cut your pizza into squares cause that's to hard even though they give it as an option. seriously little Cesar's would be better and cheaper!

I love this dominoes 1st bc they are the only one in Beckley. However I would like to get what I pay for and when I leave a $10 tip I expect my food to be right. After all if I had a car I would not hesitate to come PICK UP my order. But since I ONLY ORDER delivery because I have no car and have to feed my family I expect spending $60 on pizza warrants for good correct customer service. I ordered pepperoni and banana peppers and received pepperoni and pineapples in WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TO🤦🏿♀️ so I now have an ENTIRE PIZZA going to waste unless I find someone to give it to. My daughters love pineapple but not on pizza and they eat it away from me BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC 🙃

I was ordering from this location everyday and today CODY, the supposed manager told me I couldn't have extra sauce I wanted on my wings. I also asked the delivery driver Ronald about a job there and he told me I wouldn't want to work there that that place is a mad house!!

I have had exactly one sub-par experience with this Dominos out of too many delivery orders to recall. (And that was just not enough cinnamon sugar on the bread twists.) Other than that, the correct pizzas have always arrived promptly and, more importantly, hot. I have never set foot in the store, though, so I can’t speak to its atmosphere.
