Dunkin is a strange place where they never have anything in stock and the drinks are subpar ...employees always seem to have issues with each other and they just don't make what you ordered the right way šŸ™ƒ

Rude staff! I ordered 2 items and they forgot to give me one of them.. Food was horrible. Croissant had a weird smell and the sausage had no taste whatsoever. Donut was dry.

Unbelievable they got their doors locked on Christmas so you gotta go through the drive through behind 15 soccer moms and their screaming kids 😳 I hope everyone of them got a lump of coal for Christmas I just wanted one cup of coffee ā˜•ļø šŸ˜• had to wait 20 minutes in line absolutely ridiculous

Got the new Cookie latte. Even though my drink tag says it should have had whip cream, caramel drizzle and cookie butter crumbles it had none of the above. And honestly by the time I drove less than 5 minutes to my work, the latte is almost room temp which tells me it couldn't have been very hot to begin with. I've only taken one small sip out of this cup, so this is what I paid for. Pretty disappointed.

About a month ago my Wife Carolyn and I stopped at the Dunkin donuts location on Robert C Byrd Dr for breakfast the young lady who waited on us was not very friendly at all and everything we wanted she said no we ordered the $6.00 combo meal. my Wife Carolyn ordered the Bagel meal and neither of us drink Coffee so we asked if we could trade the Coffee for a soft drink she said no my wife asked to buy a sweet tea she said no you will have to buy bottles of Pepsi cola I ordered the Croissant meal and our food wasn't hot at all the hash browns was not fresh at all my Wife's Bagel was hard. Just a bad experience all the way around I contacted Dunkin corporate office nothing has been done about it no one has contacted us or called I hope they enjoy the $17.50 we spent with them they won't get anymore We will never go back to that location matter of fact we probably won't go to any Dunkin location again.

Originally pulled into the drive through. Never moved for 5 minutes. Backed up and went inside. Literally just a couple donuts in the case and a few stale looking ones by the window. Employee in the drive thru was struggling, the guy that helped me inside seemed clueless. I asked for 3 different types of donuts and they had NONE at 11:30 on a THURSDAY. Went back outside and the drive thru still hadn’t moved. Side note - the place was dirty. Won’t be back.

Coffee coffee coffee!!!!! Service is awesome. The crew there now is always smiling and polite. The only downside is short-handed sometimes, but they do make up with their awesome positive can-do attitudes

Just horrible customer service. You work a service job with 0 customer service skills. Highly rude and disrespectful to others. Tell the girl with green and pink hair that instead of dropping doughnuts in a box, she needs to drop her attitude.

I want to give this place a better rating because of a couple of employees here that actually DO know what they’re doing and understand customer service, but unfortunately I have to give a low one because of the smart ass boy who’s typically at the window. This boy does not feel the need to acknowledge anybody but himself and the food or drink he’s stuffing down his throat. On numerous occasions he has slammed the window open, thrown my food in my face, and slammed it shut once again. He has argued with me multiple times about what I did or didn’t purchase, like I’m not the one with the receipt in my hand or on my phone. On one occasion I asked one of the girls at the window what his name was, she said she was not allowed to give me his name. Another one gave me his name without issue. Nick, I believe, needs to get his shit together. The entire crew does, really, but I dread my visits every time I see him at that window because I know it’s going to be an awful exchange.

All of the ladies working there are very nice with the exception of the purple haired girl with a mullet. She is super rude and acts like the customers don’t exist. I dealt with her rudeness yesterday.

When I arrived I had to wait in the lobby to order was not acknowledged by any of the employees for at least 10 minutes with no line. Even though I was seen it took a bit to get my order when I ordered the employee had trouble with the pos and when he asked for help the nearest employee simply said that it wasn't her problem and that she doesn't do that. If anyone was a manager it seemed unapparent. Employees where actively on their phone or simply standing talking to themselves with little regard for customers. They also seem to he struggling to track orders. I honestly can't tell if it's simply that the employees aren't all trained on every station or if it's that there's no manager leading the shift. They didn't make my sandwich and had to remind them that I had one, and my hashbrowns. It seems that a big issue is that certain staff deem certain actions not there problem. They need to be communicating with each other.
