I come through Dunkin daily and order the exact same thing but it’s always a gamble as to how the coffee will taste. Also, the temperature of the coffee is never the same. Sometimes it’s scalding and other times lukewarm. On occasion, it’s perfect. I’m not a Starbucks fan, but one thing they have over Dunkin is consistency. I would think employees should be trained to make the recipes the same every time. You guys had this big grand opening but the only change was your cosmetics.

Went in at 8:50pm yes I understand that's an hour from closing but I had been at work and did not know my kids needed 5 dozen donuts for a school function. Well.at an hour before closing all donuts were put away and were told they were put up for the night. Your loss someone else's gain. I will not be back.

The Food sucked, the service sucked and we sit in the drive thru for 35 minutes to get up to the window just for them to tell us that they didn't have any filled donuts and they left out the creamer and sugar out of the coffee.. This location needs to close down! Employees were rude also..

I use the drive through. The coffee is good, no matter the kind. Sometimes do not have the lemon filled glazed donuts I like, but I'm usually there in the afternoon. Sometimes cannot hear the person taking orders due to high traffic volume... and my age.Parking: Plenty of parking.
Terrible experience. $8 for the wrong drink. They look at me like I’m stupid when I give them the drink back until they realize they screwed it up. Took 5 minutes to give me a refund, holding everyone up in the line, then shorted my refund. I pulled out of the drive thru to go in as to not make anyone else any later for work since they already made me late for work. I go in to retrieve the remainder of my refund, they have an attitude with me and make me wait longer. Never again!

There's absolutely no reason that a medium hot mocha latte should be over $5. Is it that the company owners can't afford the Rolls-Royce payments? So now they have to pass these absolutes stupid charges onto the public? I'll never be going back. No reflection on the people at this place. It's strictly the prices. If people just stopped to think that they are paying over $5 for a coffee, this insanity would stop. Because people would stop doing it.
