There isn't a freezer in the restaurant. It's all fresh and you can tell by the taste of the food. I think the price is fair for what you get and the staff has always been friendly.

Five Guys is a little pricey but we’ll worth the money. Never had anything on the menu that wasn’t good. The staff at this location are very friendly and very attentive to the customers, they also always wear masks and gloves. They immediately clean and disinfect all tables the minute someone leaves, the bathrooms are very clean as well as the kitchen. Overall experience is always great.

Best burger place around. Very clean, best employees ever.. anywhere. The prices are a lil high, but there is no freezer or microwave in the restaurant. Nothing comes precooked or packaged. The potatoes are cut fresh, the meat is also pattied out and never frozen. All the toppings come fresh, some locally grown, and prepped and cut in the back. The quality of the food is the best is why it costs more. It's worth it. The cleanest commercial kitchen I've ever seen.
