If you did not know this was healthy, you would think highly indulgent. I am a foodie. I also am concerned about nutrition and health. This place is obviously Beckley's best kept secret. I wandered in for lunch and took a large bag of food home. I am totally hooked. I plan to do my weekly prepared take home from Dave at Butter it Up. Thanks for the best of Beckley
