Came in for breakfast we were seated and waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order, after our order was taken we waited for 45 minutes for our food (breakfast). When our food came it was ice cold so we sent it back, waited another 20 minutes our food came back one of our plates had raw eggs the rest of the food was awful didn't eat my breakfast and neither did anyone else. This is the worst experience I have had at any restaurant.

What a disappointment! We got our food after a 45 minute wait & it was cold. Our food was re made and served to us again this time half raw. 10% discount given for wait over an hour for a breakfast we couldn't even eat. Overpriced and poor quality and service. For over 60.00 you'd think the 3 of us could of gotten a decent breakfast.

Took well over an hour to get our cold food. Had to send it back to wait 30 mins longer. Restaurant booths are broke and nasty. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Go to bob Evan’s this place is nasty.

My first time here and though the atmosphere was okay the food was not. Days after and I am still feeling sick to my stomach. The food is nasty. I hardly leave reviews but the pancakes weren't all the way cooked and it's like whomever did breakfast wasn't having a good day at all food was 1/10.

Well for starters The waitress had on the whole bottle of perfume choke a cow out. We ordered the same thing they advertise on TV for seven dollars ended up being $47 with drinks will not ever go back there again. PS you can go to Cracker Barrel for way way less than that. We did the following weekend. My name is Forrest Gump forest that’s all I can say about that

What started out as a bad experience was saved my the manager on duty ( sorry can remember his name) and Maria last night. My friend and I were sat almost immediately and drink orders were taken.waa told a waitress would be with us shortly.. we waited for about 45 minutes but no one can back to our table. Were were going to pay for our drinks and go somewhere else. The manager came out was very nice and apologetic. We ended up ordering, everything was very good and came out fast. We asked for the bill, he was was comped. I had no problem paying for it, but he insisted. I had left my wallet at home and my friend had no cash. So we ordered a togo drink so we could leave her a tip ended up talking with manager and waitress for a couple of minutes. A bad experience was turned very good. They are both great employees. A plus was the music playing was good and brought back memories from both of us.🤷

Beckley IHOP is terribly underrated. We eat there very frequently and the food is always great no matter whether we order breakfast or dinner items. And the prices are fantastic especially if you watch for specials. The steak tips are fantastic!

Went to Beckly to go skiing and stopped by ihop to have breakfast. The nicest ihop i’ve ever been, the waitress was so nicw and greeted us the moment we walked in, food was really good too!!! Can’t wait to come back :)

The food was delicious. Our server Jami S was amazing and got everything correctly and quickly.
Here it was, Christmas Day, and everything was closed, even McDonald's. Not IHOP. They were slammed with couples and families, but seriously, they did an absolutely awesome job.
Our food was perfectly cooked, our server got our order in fast and took very good care of us, and it was a real respite on our long drive home for Christmas.

All I’m going to say is I will never order to go drinks or food from this place. I’m a dasher and noticed they dropped a bunch of Togo cups on this area of the floor and picked them right up and stuck them back on the shelf instead of throwing them out. That is so unsanitary!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting.
