We had to wait for over 30 min on our food which was due to the owner deciding to call a meeting during our stay. The bathrooms were disgusting with mess on the floor and a weird smell. The only positive was that the waitress was genuinely sorry for the wait. I asked for a discount and she couldn't give one. We should have gotten that meal for free with how long it took.

First time back in about a decade, really wish I could rate the food but been waiting for almost an hour to be seated and decided to leave. Here are pictures of the dining area. Service is one star due to no service at all. Atmosphere is nice, decorative for the Christmas holiday. If you are coming here for food or service, -5/10 not recommended. Atmosphere, only for holidays. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to actually sit down and have a nice meal, try somewhere else in Beckley. On a good note, I did fix one of their doors from slamming shut.

The server was nice and pancakes are delicious. However, the egg white omelet was very bland the fruit was not great. The meal was slow coming out. The bathrooms were as bad as a gas station. Dirty, things falling off the wall, disconnected lights in the ceiling, an inch of dust caked into the vents.

We had to wait forever to be served coffee. They messed up our oder. The Women's bathroom smelled like old mop water and they were out of paper towels. The pancakes were cold and unpalatable, but the rest of the food was okay. Then we had to wait up front for nearly 10 mins just to get our checks so we could pay for it.

My husband and I ate here this past Sunday . The food was really good . We had the sweetest waitress Sharon , she was so attentive and nice . You really don’t get that kind of service anymore . They are lucky to have such a kind hearted person . I wanted to adopt her as my grandma ❤️ Hopefully anyone who eats here gets the pleasure of meeting this wonderful lady !

Food and service were amazing. Our waitress Zena, was friendly, kind, and attentive. Food had good flavor and we didn't leave hungry. However, the bathrooms were something out of a horror movie. Was very dirty, stuff all over, and had a horrible smell. Overall decent experience.

This will be my last visit to this particular location. Service was extremely poor, slow, discourteous staff. They got our orders wrong, but we were tired of waiting, 45 minutes from entering. So we didn't complain. It could've taken another 40 minutes for them to get things corrected. Worst visit ever compared to any other locations that I've visited.

When I went to the front to pay I stood there for quite some time and no one acknowledged me at all. Food was hard and over cooked.
