has been awhile since i was at a KFC, got a 2 piece meal and a side of lg order of Potato wedges. Chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, and biscuit was good but extremely disappointed with the wedges, all were cut thin ( nothing like the old wedges ) thickest side was no bigger than 1/4-1/2 inch at most going down to a point on other side, most were too hard to eat, and the flavor… well lets just say , nowhere as good as they used to be

Nini is the goat had some great customer service and we had some amazing food🙏
I placed a order by the application. I arrived ten minutes later and was asked to move forward and five minutes later a lady comes out and says it will be 20 minutes for extra crispy. I cancelled the order. I then used the application to place a complaint and was told they didn't not know if a would receive a refund. They only make two types of chicken extra crispy or orginial. How do you not have what you offer. Second on does the online people not know if I will get my refund.

We quit going to kfc for some time now! However a couple weeks ago we stopped by the food and service was 5⭐️ we stopped by again today and the exact same result. Not sure what changes was made but there’s definitely a difference. I’m sure it started with management.
