The food has really been disappointing for the last year or so. The noodles are mushy, rice lacks flavor, and when you eat at a table they don’t season the food like they do at the grill.
I can not stress this enough. Treat your customers ALL the same no matter who they are or what they look like. Came in with my toddler sister in my work clothes and received the worst service ever! I’m usually pretty forgiving given that I worked a waitressing job but to only have TWO tables which included me, no drink refill, no checking on me, etc. but to check on the group of tourists that are dressed in nice clothes is beyond ridiculous! Kumo's atmosphere is perfect! restaurant is so clean and modern with an inviting feel. Sushi is always fresh and flavorful and cocktails are very good ! Bang bang shrimp app is delicious.
