Not the greatest..sat down and waited a few before we got waited on..no biggie..waitress did ok..didn't seem to be too familiar with menu or any suggestions..menu is far more varied..got the Tex med sampler and it was blah..got tossed wings and they came plain.. food just wasn't good. My friend said her quesadilla wasn't very good either..salad bar was great tho..maybe it was just what I ordered..they been sending out coupons..maybe if I get a good enough deal we will try again at a later time.

I received a gift card so we decided to go and enjoy a family dinner. Unfortunately, it was another unpleasant experience at Ruby Tuesday. I understand businesses are currently understaffed, but we waited about 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order. The salad bar was out of most items. The steak I ordered was not good, I only ate half. Out of party, only one liked their food.Had another family we know there as well, their experience was similar.Typically, we enjoy eating at Ruby's, but my last two trips to various locations have been anything but enjoyable.

They need better management. Salad bar was tiny and not well kept up. The bartender let me sit at the bar almost 10 min without acknowledging me. Then they shorted my order and I had to leave my hotel to go back and pick up what the missed. Revamp this whole location.

I was Today Years-Old when I found out there is a Ruby Tuesday in Beckley. Oh, I had a feast. I ate Asiago bacon chicken until my eyeballs popped out of my head!!! Ruby Tuesday has always been a favorite of mine for a good 20-plus years. I thought the closest one was in Huntington. And their salad bar! My my my...that is a meal within itself. I'll definitely be a frequent flyer of this Ruby Tuesday since I know one is this close to home!

Visited during dinner hour on our way to Gulf coast of Florida. Restaurant was very busy and apparently understaffed. My wife ordered the triple deal with appetizer, entree, and dessert, plus unlimited salad bar. I ordered the same with 6oz. sirloin. Service was very slow, taking one hour to get our main course. Wife's pasta was overcooked and sauce was too sweet. My steak was ordered medium rare and delivered medium well and too tough to cut. I complained to the server and she reversed my entree but overcharged for my wife. Asked for the manager (Karen that I was), who solved the problem by comping my meal and my wife's salad. I have to say that my wife enjoyed the salad bar. Otherwise I would have given only one star.

Terrible. Absolutely awful. Service was slow from the bar and the kitchen. The server had no help. I had a burger...completely wrong on the order and just terrible quality. What a waste of time, money and appetite

The Ruby Tuesday's near our home closed so we were happy when we found this one while staying in Beckley overnight. What a disappointment! Husband's chicken in the chicken parm was overcooked. I tried Tacodillas-I rarely send food back but I did this time. Salad bar had fresh items on it (salad bar was the ONLY good thing about the whole experience) but needed a little cleanup. Service was not good. Hate to say that-just didn't seem like she was focused on her job. Won't ever go there again.

At Ruby Tuesdays in Beckley, walked in the door and I kid you not, asked for a table and she rolled her eyes at me. Said it was packed out and I'm literally standing here look at 5 tables. Salad bar was a joke. When did crushed potato chips become a salad topping? It ain't what it used to be. Salad bar was a disaster. All the dressings are so mixed up, they looked like a tie-dye experiment. ‍ Would not suggest visiting this particular location. Have received the entree yet but don't have high expectations.

Food is always great at Ruby Tuesday and this location was no exception. Friendly staff and good service, and our orders were accurate. It's good that they have one or two vegetarian options - there are some other similar restaurant chains who could learn from this. I think most items on the menu could be a dollar or two cheaper, but overall this was a very positive experience.

I want to be clear that the staff was friendly and none of my dislike had anything to do with them. The food just isn't that good. For a platter that costs $22 I expect fresh food but the shrimp was something I could easily find packaged for microwave use at a local grocery store. The fries were not good quality and the chicken tenders were awful. Too much money for low quality. Cheddars is way better for half the price

We went here for dinner last night. Had the New Orleans fish and salad bar. Others had the coconut shrimp and salad bar all were good

Friendly and hard working staff met us. Pleasant to be around. Nice to see a well stocked salad bar. Had a delicious hot bacon cheddar cheese burger. We attached the current menu.

Food was delicious! I got the $5 blackened fish sandwich (I'm pretty sure it's tilapia) deal that is available on Tuesdays. It came with the sandwich and fries. It was the first time I have tried that and it was awesome. The fish was piled onto it, definitely was a messy sandwich but so good. I wasn't expecting that much fish piled onto it but I'm glad they did. The only suggestion I have for possible changes in the future is I hope they bring back the prime meat hamburger option (that upgrade was well worth the $2 and tasted so good).

Pulled pork with baked beans and sweet potato fries. Classic bbq sauce was great (I don’t like the NC BBQ vinegary kind). My sister had the bourbon glazed salmon. All was great! Not over crowded either. Servers had masks.

One of the few places left that does old school salad bar and it is well stocked with a large selection of fresh items. Burgers are fresh and cooked as you like them. Very juicy. Fries are frozen. Polite friendly service. Fair prices. Hope this chain makes it.
