Stopped in wanting a beer and a steak at the bar. Bartender was running entire restaurant. It took 12 minutes for her to get behind the bar. After 15 minutes of sitting she finally takes my beer order. Fills it halfway and runs to dining area to wait tables. It sits another 5 minutes next to me still on the well. I notice a giant crack in the mug. She gets back from delivering everybodies food and pours me a fresh one. She is working her ass off and I feel sorry for her having to deal with coworkers like this. Short blonde hair, my bill said Amanda. If the owner sees this, you better give her a raise as she is doing every single job in the front of the restaurant.
There are three people that have been standing at the hostess table talking and not even looking at customers or trying to help the poor bartender running the entire restaurant.
I left without ordering food and ordered a pizza in my hotel room.

I do not recommend for large groups. The food was extremely slow coming out. Steaks were overcooked. Issues could have been due to lack of workforce. Food was edible but took way too long to come out. People in another group received their food sooner but got there after we did.

The New York strip was definitely a letdown for a steakhouse, it seemed more like what you’d get out of a freezer bag.. I wish I would have taken a picture; it looked like it had been nuked or microwaved. Gray, shrunken, and had a dry, ground beef-like texture. I can only think of one other time since I was a kid that I’ve left a steak unfinished. When a manager came around to check in, she laughed at me when I said it looked microwaved. My parents did enjoy their shrimp, and our server was really friendly.

I ordered online for curbside service. When I got to location, I texted to let them know I was there. I was told my order would be right out. I sat there for almost 15 minutes before going inside. When I went in, the young girl found my order and apologized for the inconvenience. I thought the food would be better. I don't think I will return to this location.

We was seated at 5:47 two other tables was seated after us and gotten there drinks and food orders before we given our drink orders.
After one hour and a half we finally got to give our food orders then another 45 minutes we got our food which was cold and over cooked and when we talked to someone in management had a $1.50 taken off the bill.
The worst part was out of the whole place only about 6 tables was taken up and 4 came in after us and left before us…….

While road tripping we stopped here for lunch. I should have known by the dirty bathrooms, this wasn't going to be a good experience. First, the good; our waitress Amanda was wonderful. The French Onion soup was good. It went downhill from there. Salads had that "old" salad taste, the avocado was brown, the steak was like shoe leather and the chicken was rubber. But

We went Friday night with our kids. Susie and our waitress hope were absolutely Wonderful. Food was great and our service was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
