Why does this place always run out of sweet tea? The last 4 times, which is in this past month they ran out. Is management not ordering enough? If there are promotions then the order for that needs to be more. Thy do a wonderful job though always friendly service and fresh food. Just up that tea order managers.

What a great, positive experience. The restaurant design is cold modern. No human interaction or anything in the design. Order at the touch screen. But they had put up scarecrows and nice decorations. They ran out of large fry containers, but the woman made sure we knew that we got two mediums in place of one large. She was so kind and generous. Great eye contact. I have never felt so cared about at a McDonald's or even known that I wanted to feel cared about at a McDonald's....

The new ordering system makes McD even less personal, but it’s the same fast factory food. They now charge for each little extra. Ahh well, they are there when you need them.
