My daughter went through drive thru and it took her 45 minutes then when she made it home with my grandsons happy meal the whole bun was burnt and should NOT have been served out of the restaurant to anyone. These restaurants keep raising prices and the food and service is crap anymore.
This was my bagel this morning. This should have never been served to anyone. It was burnt and hard as a rock. You know whoever wrapped it up saw this.
I wouldn’t ever eat after lunch time because they would ALWAYS screw the order up so breakfast was the only thing I would order because the order would correct and the food was good.
In the last month the food quality has gone downhill and the wait times are worse than before. I was in there the other day and asked to speak to a manager and watched as one of their managers was so high she was falling asleep standing up! I’ll NOT be back to some place that allows that sort...read full review
