This was by far the worst McDonald's ever. The food took almost an hour. Then, when they didn't have something, they offered a partial refund after making us wait 45 minutes! We ended up getting a whole refund and some of what we ordered but not all. When we got there, there was 45 minutes left of breakfast before they transitioned to lunch. By the time we received the first bit of our food and not the complete order they had transitioned to lunch. Terrible customer service, no one talked to anyone there, the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing.

Stopped at the McDonald’s on Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley around 9:30–10 PM. Went through the drive-thru twice—first for 40 nuggets and two hamburgers (ketchup only), then again for a hamburger Happy Meal (also ketchup only). Basic food. No custom orders, no line, but both trips took forever. The guy at the window barely acknowledged us—face buried in his phone.
All the burgers had the correct labels—those little receipt tags taped right on top that say what should be on it. Every single one said ketchup only. Got home and opened them… and every single one was wrong. One was a cheeseburger with everything. One had mustard and pickles. One had mustard, pickles, and onions. None of them were correct, despite being labeled right.
My kid cannot eat onions, and I specifically told them ketchup only when I ordered. I submitted feedback and got a generic “sorry.” No offer to fix it, no apology that meant anything. Just careless and lazy. They still had two hours before closing—this wasn’t a rush-job. Just don’t bother with this location unless you like surprises in your food.

Amazing service, super friendly staff, and great location! Special mention to Abbie, who was super nice. We ordered hot teas, and she could see that it was hard to hold on to, so she just grabbed additional cups so we could place the original cups in them, and comfortably hold our drinks. She was also really nice, and the service was very prompt. Great service and great location!

Easily the worst mcdonalds I've seen . Always slow. Foods always cold . Long wait times . They will pull you up to the 3rd window or park you regardless of if your the only vehicle in drive through . They do not cook / toast bagels. Undercooked soggy french fries .

They can't even do there job. Today my mom get a iced coffee and they put whipped cream on it. My mom can't eat whipped cream it makes her throat close up and the other day they got our order wrong too. There food makes me and everyone around me sick.
