3-16-2025 us and a door dasher lady ahead of us waited 20-30 minutes in the drive throu, figured they would come say something due to her food was already paid for, made no since, just say y’all’s closed, turn the sign off whatever! Dont look open and lead people on and wast our time. I even called the store no answer went to voicemail. So we pulled up to the first window because all the lights were on and a couple guys was walking around in there, but wouldn’t answer the phone or window. Food over the last year has gotten somewhat better but… everytime something stupid happens to us I just go to the one in Beckley for a few months just sucks cuz it’s further but is what it is down there! That fly was floating in our tea from there in Aug 30th of 2022 place was covered in flys, the manager at the time that still works there plum flipped out about the nastiness and all, It took us over a year or year and a half to go back! Truly Hard to get over nastiness like that!

This McDonald's has went downhill. They never seem to get our orders right. The wait is extremely long. The food is sloppy and sometimes cold. The employees don't seem to care about the customers. Our orders are hardly ever right. They leave out condiments that are specifically asked for. They're not courteous at all.

Probably the worse McDonald's I have even been to gave me my burgers but made me pull up for my fries and wait for them while the burgers got cold and the worker in the window was extremely rude and said "ya we waiting for food then walked away "

Food tasted pretty good today. Biscuits wasn't doughy and the bacon wasn't burnt so that's saying something. I go to McDonald's every morning most of the time it's the same order everyday but this last 3 weeks I barely get half of my food down and I have to throw it away bcs it's jus so dam nasty. Who wants to bite into dough or taste burnt black bacon. Looks like it shouldn't be allowed to serve the bacon itlf it's black and so burnt it jus crumbs .

We had to wait over 40 minutes for dine in food. It came out all cold 2 things wrong. Fries was cold double cheeseburgers wrong and cold mcribs was cold my son's happy meal was missing his burger. Once food came out we had to wait another 10 minutes for are drinks to come. Worst service we have gotten this is are 3rd time trying to eat here and it gets worse Everytime.
Really loved the food and they usually get your order ready pretty quick but some days when it's really busy it can take a little longer to get your order, and if you're using the drive-thru when ordering I Highly recommend that you check your order to make sure it's correct before driving off, because they've messed my order up a few times.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's wheelchair accessible but they don't have a automatic opening door though.
