Idk why it is about McDonald's but recently am of them seem like they are ignoring their dine in guests. If you visit the Beckley location you might as well drive thru. Every time I go in I wait 5 min or more while 3-4 employees will look at you and ignore you.

Myself and my wife endured one of the worst dining experiences we have ever encountered just a few weeks ago. We entered the drive thru which presented no other vehicles. The online app, which I use almost every time, was not functional due to breakfast items being the only items available for choosing (it was 07:00 PM). The female working the drive thru was obviously annoyed at my presence, and seemed to have trouble comprehending the order in the first place, yet showed aggravation towards any correction. After I had quickly received my bag of food, I noticed that they had forgotten the new "WcDonald's" sauce as advertised. Once I finally gained the attention of a female (just so happened to be wearing a headset) she smiled arrogantly and proceeded to ignore my friendly attempts of having her obtain the sauces. I have never been treated so badly. I would've been treated better at a gas station window at 03:00 AM than this garbage. Sad to say the food was actually good, but I couldn't even enjoy it. I have contacted corporate McDonald's, and am awaiting response. What a shame.

Cashier didn't know how to put our order in seemed to not be trained enough could not get any help from other employees as they were busy so that made him kinda rude when we did finally get our food the fries were coldWheelchair accessibility: No good you'd need someone with you to get inside there double doors

This location does not have a 24 hour drive thru. It's typically closed at 11. When management can actually be aware of their own hours, the food here is fresh and well made.

It's MCDONALD'S!! Unfortunately I've come to not raise my expectations too high for it so I'm not let down as much. With "technology" at the forefront of miss things. Unfortunately it's just made the service here

Idk if everyone that works their is new or what cus I've been their three times and was not surprised when at least one sandwich out of 3 was not made correctly and the fries were cold it took way to long for thin to fix my food cus they couldn't figures out what I wanted it was ridiculous.Dietary restrictions: If u ask for a bacon mc double only mayo I got a double back on with cheese mayo and sautéed onions like the girl cook decided that everyone was getting burgers with onions today no matter what or idk cus it took three try's and a manager had to come re ring me up just to be able to tell them what I wanted

It is faster to go through the drive through then take it inside and eat. They serve the drive through before the inside. Been waiting over 30 minutes on 2 happy meals and I watching several people go through drive through.
