this place is a cultural landmark. the omelet shoppe is the glue that holds beckley together. if they really do close down, there is nothing left for us here.

My food was done over 5 minutes early but I never got a text or email letting me know even though the website said to look for one.
I got breakfast for a last night snack close to 10pm. The eggs were OK but kind of cold by the time I got them back to my hotel room. The I asked for the hash browns to be well done. They were like thick cold noodles of potatoes. They didn't seem to be cooked at all. I like crispy hashbrowns and these are not it.
My order was only about $6. I tipped 15%and paid the two additional fees for an online order. Very disappointing.

I asked the Best Western if they thought the Omelet Shoppe was good, and they said it was great, so the bar was set high. They cleared it with ease! Great food, great service. Really had an awesome meal, reasonably priced and the staff were welcoming. Thanks!

Worst experience in the 25 years I've been coming here. Food had to be remade. (Hair in it) Omelet and hash browns came back swimming in butter. Had to get up and ask for a refill on coffee. Husbands sausage was burnt.
