I ordered the Greek salad with chicken. The chicken is frozen in big chunks. Who would think that would be served without someone noticing??? Cucumbers looked like they were frozen too… My husband ordered a chicken Caesar salad … he got the Caesar salad, but no chicken… we eat at Panera a whole lot… this is very disappointing.

my caprese wasn't toasted, it has sliced tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes, and it had mayonnaise instead of balsamic vinegar, no pesto. the french onion soup didn't have enough cheese on the top. someone else got the half greek salad and it was just gross. the lettuce was wilted and sticky. it was overloaded with onions and it was covered in salt and pepper, even though i asked to hold them. the banana peppers have been sitting out in the air im sure for hours. the olives were the only thing that saved the salad.

Restaurant is nice and clean, however, an employee, I believe named Shaina? was very rude to me and my wife after I had waited 15 minutes for my order and asked if it was almost ready and she said i'm moving as fast as I can and walked away. I won't be returning.

I have been to a LOT of Paneras, but this has been the absolute best experience I've had! Food was great, atmosphere was what you expect, but the people were incredibly awesome! I believe it was Megan I was talking too, but talk about personable! They made this experience absolutely welcoming and amazing! ☺️ Thank you!

We ordered at the computer and got our order for a large group which they got right. Food was very fresh and well made, the bread was particularly well done. Crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. I unfortunately had a HAIR tucked sweetly in the middle of my chicken sandwich. Overall wasn't okay experience but sanitation is a must!

Everyone was nice. But Very slow. Food was typical soups, pastries and breads are delicious. But meats and ingredients are lacking. Pepper in everything to boost flavor unsuccessfully.
