Was there for pickup on black Friday and I don't think I've ever seen so many employees in the building, busy was an understatement, however my 4 pizza with stuffed crust order was still ready in 17 minutes!

I've ordered from here a long time but not anymore . I got a pizza yesterday that was most definitely old dough and 3 pieces of my pizza had no cheese or sauce .I've waited on hold to speak to a manger twice which ended up being 40 minutes all together. So I now don't care to give them a chance to make it right .

The food is always great. We love it. However no one wears gloves when preparing the food. For me it’s important that your arm hair isn’t getting in the food when spinning the bread out.

Papa John's has always been my favorite pizza place but lately in the last two orders it's hard to eat cheese in my pizza and all kinds of sauce extra sauce and then a few orders before that they put anchovies on my pizza I don't know what's going on there but somebody needs to look into that place there in Beckley West Virginia

Had a pizza delivered. Looked at it and it was wrong pizza. Called them and they said they would send me a replacement. Waited and waited for it then called and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Then the store closed and still never recieved my pizza.
