While it's wonderful to have a Pizza Hut you can actually dine in, I'm disappointed to say the food is lacking. It's old school Pizza Hut in vibes but not in food quality. We're tired of getting mostly bread with hardly any toppings. Our latest visit was the worst example of this. We ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese only to receive a pizza that looked like a normal pizza. There was barely any pepperoni and absolutely no stringy cheese in each bite. We even asked the employee waiting on us if this, indeed, included the extra toppings. He insisted it did. Um, no, thanks! As much as you pay here for pizza, you can get a better deal and more consistent quality by driving down the road to a competitor or a local pizza joint. While I love supporting a Pizza Hut where you can actually eat inside, we won't be going back to this one again. I hate to say that, but it's just not worth the price.

This is our favorite pizza hut ever. We have been to several from wv to ca and this one is the best, especially since Jennifer started working here. She's our favorite! She is always so friendly and funny. Always smiling and seems to love her job. She never let's our drinks go empty and always makes sure we have everything we need. Thanks for going above and beyond for my boys and I. Thanks for always having our favorite ultimate cheese pizza out when we come. We are so appreciative. This is also the only pizza hut we have noticed the marinara is never watered down and has exceptional taste. Ya'll are the best. Looking forward to seeing ya'll every week :)

Ate at pizza hut buffet today on Harper Rd in Beckley never again almost $40 for two of us .the tomatoes in salad bar were squishy and the cucumbers looked like they had been frozen.the pizza was 5 toppings hardly no cheese or ground beef.mushrooms were dried out.more banana peppers than anything on pizza even the pepperoni was dried out.more crust than anything.yall suck it used to be good.bread sticks werent worth my money none of it was .wasn't asked if I wanted a refill or my friend,the floors were filthy.I'll go to the steak house or Gino's next time I'm in Beckley.had one girl working the dining room.do better pizza hut!!

I just left this Pizza Hut and it sucked balls. No prices on the menu and my pizza tasted like a wet washcloth. 6 wings for 15 dollars should be a crime. You have ran me into bankruptcy. I hate you Pizza Hut. Papa John’s most definitely out pizzas the hut nough said…
Restaurant could benefit from an upgrade as its age was showing but the food was really good and our service was great even though they appeared to be short-staffed.

Now keep in mind I rate 5 stars for a pizza hut based on a pizza hut. I believe this location has really set up their game. The pizza has gotten better and they got their prices back on track. We are able to put this back in rotation of places to go. Pleasantly surprised ?
