I cannot speak highly enough of this pizza hut. I do not think we have had an interaction with the employees that has been anything less than wonderful. Great people. The food is always fresh and done correctly. Honestly, we like other pizza places too, but we usually end up here because we just love the service and KNOW that they care about quality. Hard to find anymore. Thank you Pizza Hut for caring.

I placed an order for carry out for later in the day. They made my order early and told me they’d have to cancel the order and I’d have to replace the order and be charged again. They did refund the initial order. But it is aggravating as I didn’t have enough money to place another order.

While I love Pizza Hut pizza. This location is absolutely awful. I placed an order and the delivery driver (door dash) or Pizza Hut failed to deliver an item I ordered. After days of not hearing from anyone after reaching out to Pizza Hut initially I had to reach out again.
When I finally did get a hold of someone I was told they could not refund my card. Let this be your initial warning... they will not refund card payments.
They offered me a credit to use at this location only and it would have to be placed over the phone. I was reluctant to do so but I accepted. Then the other day I called in an order for honey BBQ boneless wings using the credit they offered. Attached is a photo of my BBQ wings... as you can see they are absolutely dry with hardly any sauce... may have well have been naked wings…
My advice is stay away from this one, even if it is at a convenient location. I will never order from this location again.

I've ordered pizza from here twice in a row now. The first, delivery, and most recently, carryout. Both occasions my pizza has been suspiciously cold! Even tho the first time I had my pizza delivered you'd think it'd be nice and hot and melty considering the pizza bag.... NOPE???? Then the 2nd time it seemed like my pizza had just come out of the oven because as I walked in the staff had JUST started to cut my pie! I had a slice as soon as I got back to my car but it was just so cold????

The Chicago tavern style pizza was outstanding! I ordered the Lg Spicy Chicken Sausage. If you order this pizza online it's only $12Lg, $10 med. If you buy inside the restaurant it's like $19 & change.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well definitely be back. This pizza was purchased at the Pizza Hut in Beckley WV , next to the Food Lion 1034 N Eisenhower Dr

Took 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. 1 of 3 pizzas was suppose to have light cheese. We couldnt tell any cheese was on any of the three. Took 10 more minutes to get 5 of the glasses about 10 more minutes to get the last two. Very little of the toppings we asked for on the pizzas.

I ordered the new hot honey pepperoni pizza and it said it would be 15 minutes before it would be ready. I left the house and 10 minutes later was standing in the restaurant. I paid for it and the pizza was coming out at that time. The gentleman cut the pizza, put it in the box and handed it to me. Delicious! Perfectly cooked and I appreciate the fact that 15 minutes after I ordered it I was already in the vehicle driving home. The gentleman was very friendly and I appreciate the speed and quality of this location.
