When you order food you’re expecting to get what you order. The pics on the app never look like what you get. And the chips are so salty they’re not good anymore. This place in my opinion has substantially went down hill over the years. I will not order from them again

The staff are super nice and do an excellent job. The restaurant is clean, prices are great, and they’re fast. I like every Qdoba I’ve been to, but this might be my favorite!

Ive read some of the reviews on here that are bad and I feel like this location gets more bad reviews for stupid stuff than it should. I am die hard qdoba guy and because of this I know which locations to avoid and which ones I love. I travel for work a lot. Work recently has me in west virginia and I have been to this location MULTIPLE times before writing this review. Every time I have been in, the staff are nothing but kind and professional, my food is prepared immediately, the diner is clean and most importantly, they always have food and cookies. Some locations (not in west virginia) have had the OPPOSITE of everything I listed so I can confidently say this is a really good location!! Give these peeps a raise! Definitely coming back!!

we have tried to eat here several times we tried early morning mid afternoon late in the evening we still get the same results they're out of stuff and are too lazy to go and get it then they say they don't have it or you push and they go grab it and they put cold food out then serve you cold food very dirty and one does all the work while the rest stand around staring or standing by the drink fridge texting on there phones very disappointed the last 3 times we have tried.

The staff is very lazy they don't want to serve you they stand around staring at you why one person does all the work why they sit on there phones at the counter or by the drink cooler they say they are out of stuff just so they don't have to get it once you push they go grab it from the fridge and put in our then serve you cold food or food that looks to have been there all day some are very rude the portions have gotten smaller the quality has went down Hill tremendously the store is always dirty looking tables the floors and the kitchen area and around where they serve food 3 times now we have tried early morning kids afternoon and later in the evening we still end up disappointed.

We ordered in the app and our meals were perfect. The dining room was clean and there's a nice area if you'd like to eat outside.
Got food poisoning from there chicken less then an hour after eating it. Came home from the er and needless to say never will eat it again.

Good, fresh food in a pick-all-your-ingredients style as you watch staff make it. Staff were great - especially the young man who built the first part of our orders. The birria was especially good - the steak was fine. I had the 3 tacos meal and did one birria and two steak. Next time I'll likely do all birria. The chips were hot and crispy, and the traditional salsa was good, but not exactly what I was expecting. It has almost a garlicky taste to it. Not bad - just different. The meals weren't what I would call cheap, but in this economy it's expected. My 3 tacos were $11 or $12.
Vegetarian options: Lots of beans and rice. ***** I did NOT verify that the beans and rice do not have meat products.
Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids. High chairs available.
