I took my great granddaughter there for lunch, although the food was fairly good, the service was horrible. Not once did the server come check on us for anything that we needed. I have called three times to talk to management about my awful experience and each call I was told management was not there. I highly recommend that they get customer service training. This put a very bad taste in my mouth. Shame on you all for not taking accountability for yourselves.

Great place and great food, beautiful artwork in a welcoming atmosphere. The only problem I had was that there was no heat in the salsa or queso, otherwise it was very delicious. I love what they did with the place! Will be back!

There is a “checkout fee” of .98 added to the bill automatically. I suppose I should opt to not checkout and avoid the fee, but that would be stealing, but not stealing when they do it. That’s ok I hope that fee goes to the waiter because i deducted it from the tip. I paid in cash too so not sure how to avoid a fee. Food was good and service was ok but won’t return to have fraudulent fees added to my bill.

Ordered a beef Taco salad, when I got home it was full of clear liquid which made the shell fall apart. The second time I ordered was only because on Mondays the sign said Taco salads for 4.99. I ordered one and ask to strain the liquid out and he argued with me it was cheese which brings me to the rudeness of the people there ( also heard this from other people). When he rang the salad up it was 7.48, I thought it was 4.99, he said it is but we charge 1.00 for the togo box and 1.00 for the chips. I will never go to that place again. RUDE...WATERY TACO SALAD...AND WAY TO EXPENSIVE.Inside was 3 to 4 people both times, how do places like this stay in business.

If you're in the mood for Mexican food, but want something different from the traditional Mexican food in the area give Rancho Grande a try. They offer great Mexican food like none of the others have. The food is very good, service is very quick and the atmosphere is very chill and fun.
