What on earth happened to Ruby Tuesday??? Went to dinner tonight and it was a disaster. We waited 45 minutes for our food… actually only two of us did. One of us only waited 30 minutes and completely finished their meal before we got ours. No refills. Food was very meh. But mostly the wait was just insane. It was not packed. It is very clear this location prioritizes DoorDash and to-go orders over the flesh and blood people who are inside their restaurant. It was almost comical. We were going to leave and just pay for the one meal that came out, but our server (who was very sweet) ended up bringing out the food right as we were about to leave.

This restaurant has one customer: the app. The algorithm. Strangers waiting for a DoorDash driver. That’s who they care about. They don’t care about the people who have been in a car all day traveling and now sitting in a booth for 45 minutes with empty glasses and no food. Such is the way in Beckley, West Virginia in 2025. And we paid $80 for the privilege!

PS. The salad bar, which is like the very soul of a Ruby Tuesdays was TRAGIC.

I had grilled chicken and roasted vegees over rice. It was absolutely delish. Our server was congenial and on the ball. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere only because the refrigeration unit was out of order on their fabulous salad bar and the workers were late getting there so around the salad bar area was messy. (Pretty much out of their control, tho.)

Christmas is always packed and the website is giving out inaccurate times for pick up orders and it was just a big mess. I went up there and had to return for my order, but Lauren made sure to take care of me both times I was there she went above and beyond to make sure the experience was a pleasant one, and I truly do appreciate her!

Me my dad and my grandma sat down to have dinner and the food was delicious no complaints there loved the atmosphere it was very welcoming however, service by our waiter Philli had a professional outlook but speed was pretty slow and asked for a refill twice and still waited 5-10 min. For a refill then when I got a refill he reached over my dad's food which in my opinion isn't very polite to refill someone's drink while reaching over someone's food and his body oder was a bit strong in a stinch way that it lingered for a min. when he stepped away. All in all definitely would ask for a different waiter/waitress next time I visit by myself or with family.

My fish was good but my husband's steak was very thin and looked nothing like the type of steak he ordered. For the price, it was not worth it. The sides were fine.

The food was looowww quality... greasy veggies...dried out entrees...the bathroom smelled of sewer; the staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing or why they were there. I would never eat here again. Don't come here if you want a nice meal.

Very disappointed the catfish was dried out and rubbery . Chick-fil-A on a Sunday would be way better

My family and I visited this restaurant on 11/29/2025. When looking at the salad bar, I mentioned to an employee (who was the general manager Lola, unbeknownst to me) that the salad bar did not look up to quality as it has been in the past. The manager then yelled (loud enough that my family on the other side of the restaurant could hear it) that she “assures me everything is there but part of the salad bar has broken down so everything had been squished to one side” my son standing beside me became embarrassed and I simply told her she did not need to be rude.

Because my family had already ordered, and were waiting on their food, my husband went ahead and got his salad. I chose not to because of this manager. My husband stated that the salad bar is dirty, people have obviously dropped different foods and the staff is not cleaning it properly.

I have had a past experience at this specific store and we had enjoyed it. I will be contacting the corporate office and letting them know how this general manager is treating their patrons. This is not simply a “training opportunity” it is the complete experience that this “general manager” could have completely changed.

The night before Thanksgiving… My dad and I came for dinner after spending our annual daddy day together. Our experience was awesome! We both said we were glad we decided to come here for dinner tonight. Our server, ASHLEA, was great! She always had a smile, accommodated the pace we wanted to take between our salad and meal, got our order, even with modifications, accurate, and had a positive attitude! The salad bar was fresh. The food was very tasty and the temperature was piping hot… Just the way we like it! Additionally, the temperature in the restaurant was warm and made it very comfortable to enjoy our dinner.
