I bought an 8oz sirloin with just one side, sweet tea and desert, strawberry cheesecake. The sirloin was slightly grissly and one bite was not chewable. The Cheescake was terrific. I told the manager and he said, "Golden Corral sales sirloin." I will say this, "Golden Corral sirloin steak isn't flavorful, but at least it's all chewable." Anyways, for $35 I wasn't fully satisfied. I meant to give an overall review of 2.5 stars, but I can't.

Food was outstanding, very good portions. Service was great. This is quietly one of the best restaurants in Beckley.
Ordered something that came with 2 sides and I asked for double zucchini. They were out of zucchini so instead of calling me they threw like 4 little florets of broccoli in a separate container and said that that was the replacement for 2 sides of zucchini. Here's the bowl they gave me and my hand over the bowl to show size.

Now I know why Ruby is going out of business, ordered a cheeseburger and the burger was a hockey puck and the cheese was not melted. Fries were under cooked, salad bar was only thing worth eating. $12 for a salad..... Will not go back.
