Food came out majorly undercooked, service was poor as well. Never got a refill on drink, baked potato comes without butter????There’s. Reason Ruby Tuesdays are closing all over the USA. This is why. They’re just not up to par with others.

Asked for a rare steak got well done and looked rotten , floor was atrocious very messy , salad bar NASTY ! Evan heard another customer complaining about it . Don't recommend at all .... and the staff were slow and 0 personality. No I don't want anything free I will not be going back

My girlfriend and i visited this place for my birthday and i must say it was not pleasant at all. It was later in the day and the sun was directly in our faces and they would not move us and the waiter barely tended to us.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday's in many, many years. It has really gone down hill in those years. The salad bar looked ok, but I chose not to have any. I look back now and kinda wish I had. I just had the potato skins appetizer. They came out really crispy (over-done). I have since been ill for the past two days after eating them. The walls at the booth we sat in was actually dripping with I don't know what. It looked sticky and very dirty. It was not busy at the restaurant, so I was surprised that staff wasn't busy with other duties. I will not be visiting a Ruby Tuesday's any time soon.

We stopped for a late Lunch and were seated immediately, the menu has many delicious looking choices. After a few minutes of careful consideration she chose the Crispy Shrimp platter with rice pilaf and zucchini squash with a Coke a cola. I had the Capitan's seafood platter with French fries and a 1/2 cut ice tea. The service was fast and our order was placed promptly ,the food arrived tableside in a scant 15 minutes. The platting looked attractive and highlighted our choices. She was very pleased with her selection and stated how tasty her entire meal was. I concurred as the kalamkari was perfectly cooked and not at all chewy ,the coconut shrimp Devine ,the fish filets were prepared to perfection ,the hush puppies were good and the French fries were hot and tasty.This establishment appeared clean inside and out. The service was attentive to our requests , very courteous and friendly.We both would highly recommend this Restaurant for your dinning pleasure.

Staff was kind. They seemed understaffed so service took a long time which put us behind. They sat us at a table that was clean but there were pickles and food all over the carpet next to me and the staff ignored it and never cleaned it up. They just stepped over it over and over.
