Food was good, however order wasn’t even close. Ordered a sonic triple smash burger and got a single of a regular one. Quite disappointing

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This was a horrible place to stop and try to grab food. At first when I arrived I was excited because it had a dine in area but there were a lot of very shady people just hanging out at the entrance door. I decided to just drive around and pull in and order. I used the app and checked in and waited forever on my food. It said it was on its way but it never came. I had to push the button and ask about it and was told it was on its way, after more waiting it finally came, but was incorrect. I will NEVER eat here again and possibly never at sonic because it was that bad. Fix this restaurant or close it down.
This is the third time in the past 6 months I have tried to give this Sonic location a chance, but each time it gets worse. Tonight I wanted to get my children a treat. I ordered online to help expedite. Arrived at 9 and checked in, as they said it would be ready then. Checked in and it said they were working on it. Twenty minutes later it said it was on its way and cleared the screen tracker. Another ten minutes later and still nothing so we pressed the button and asked. The reply was we will bring it when it’s ready. Umm..the tracker said it was on its way. So another five minutes and an order was brought to us. We were given a slush instead of a shake. My husband went in and the employee that had brought the order out asked what was wrong and he told him, to which his reply was “Go tell one of them.” We were not the only order that was waited on Amir was wrong. I watched at least 2 more cars who were there prior to us have wrong orders. The last time this happened I sat on the phone with what is called customer service for a refund because I had ordered food they didn’t have and they could not go me anything in exchange or refund me, to which I had to wait 2 weeks to even get the refund. Poor poor business! Eat anywhere else but here.

From a different state finally got a strawberry watermelon cream slushy.. things got mixed up and they gave us a strawberry lemonade since our state doesn't have watermelon they remade it with a smile.. we'll stop there every time we go to West Virginia now
