The barista working the cold station had no idea what she was doing. She did not make the drinks in the order of them being purchased, she just haphazardly chose stickers and made the drinks. I waited almost 30 minutes for a single refresher and multiple people who ordered 15+ minutes after me (also in store, not in the drive thru) got their drinks before me.

The pink drink and dragon drink are separating and the dragon drink doesn’t even look right, before I mixed the color coming from the dragon fruit pieces it was white. Every time I get something from here it is not correct or is just bad quality.

Normally I am in Charleston so I’ve never went to this Starbucks. I order a relatively simple drink (iced chai tea latte w/ sweet cream cold foam). Decided to swing by this Starbucks and grab my drink. Not only did it take 15 plus minutes to get the drink (inside) it tasted like sour milk. It was absolutely disgusting. I took it back and had them replace it with a cold brew, which they did without hesitation. However it too was just gross. This store gives Starbucks a bad name. Their drinks are gross, and the wait time is obnoxious. They had a total of 3 people working and only 1 person making g drinks for both inside and the drive thru. If you want food poisoning or just being sick to your stomach in general, this is the place for you

I don’t know what it is with some of these fast food places serving literally raw bacon, but that is a health hazard and you all need to really get your shit together. Wonderful place and a great location. the washroom wasn't clean, and they didn't have any hand soap to wash your hands. other than that it was great with friendly stuff:)

“I’m not sure what’s going on at Starbucks lately. I’d stopped going because of the high prices and long wait times—spending 25 minutes in line for a $7 coffee isn’t appealing. After several months, I decided to give it another try and ordered my usual caramel macchiato with an extra shot. Somehow, they managed to forget the caramel in a caramel macchiato. As you can see in the photo, there’s no caramel at the bottom like there usually is. This was hands down the worst coffee I’ve had from Starbucks. They offered me a free one on my next visit, but I declined. I won’t be going back.”

Dirty...the coffee was not good..asked for an iced lattd easy on ice and I received just ice No smiles ..waited a few minutes to order even if no one was around....
there’s literally only one worker at this starbucks that can get an order right. i hate paying extra for EXTRA caramel and get none. it’s quite literally so annoying when you cannot pick up a bottle of caramel and give me what i payed for. wishing they would hire better workers or to just please give me what i payed for:) just to state, i am not a hater on the regular but it’s so annoying. ( i am not saying everyone that works here is terrible because sometimes , not very often though, i do get what i pay for.)

Place was not clean, counters filthy. Back where they make coffe work area a mess. The staff not pleasant or nice. Talking on head phone not even acknowledging people. Waited over 30 minutes for my two drinks and only one person ordered ahead of me. Told couldn't make a Lattee because they didn't have a piece needed on their equipment. Asked and paid for cool whip and didn't get . Had to ask and only put on one drink. Person did not measure anything. Drinks were horrible. I had just ordered same drink at Princeton Starbucks and was amazing. Will not return. Lots of better places for coffee in Beckley.... Moose is amazing, clean, orderly work area. Staff friendly and amazing, coffee great and offer a variety. Duncan Donuts, Mc D, 7 and Chocolate Moose much faster service, cost less and coffee better.

They were making mistakes on order and kitchen was in chaos---milk and drinks all over counter, containers left open etc. They would not pass a health check. Very disappointing.
