It's not even just yesterday this location is predictable. You wait 15+ min for your drink. I have waited in their drivethrough for almost 45 minutes before. I have ordered ahead and come in 20 minutes later thinking i found a cheat code and i still waited 15 more minutes and was late for work. These days if you go out you should know most restaurants have to deal with online orders too. This location also has a drive through. I've worked the service industry in all kinds of ways for a long time and try to consider all of the aspects I can but there are too many bodies in there for it to be taking so long and then to top it off, and I dont know how because everything at Starbucks is measured out OK, it tastes bad 75% of the time AND I just realized they are now charging over 4 dollars for a grande americano - a small cup with one shot of espresso and hot water. We all know it's a splurge to pateon this business in general not just this location but that price feels like plain robbery. The staff is usually very nice. Just slow. And who knows maybe they only have one working machine maybe this maybe that you never know with this bum companies anymore- all I know is, its not worth the trip.

I come here when I visit family and they never make my drink correctly, and they seem to cut corners. They aren’t friendly either. Unfortunately, not many other coffee options in this town. Starbucks is too expensive for them to not make drinks right! So disappointing.

We go to this Starbucks when we're in the area. It gets slammed, and staff get really backed up and don't announce drinks - you've got to keep your head on a swivel to get yours. The drinks are brand standard.

The barista working the cold station had no idea what she was doing. She did not make the drinks in the order of them being purchased, she just haphazardly chose stickers and made the drinks. I waited almost 30 minutes for a single refresher and multiple people who ordered 15+ minutes after me (also in store, not in the drive thru) got their drinks before me.

The pink drink and dragon drink are separating and the dragon drink doesn’t even look right, before I mixed the color coming from the dragon fruit pieces it was white. Every time I get something from here it is not correct or is just bad quality.

Normally I am in Charleston so I’ve never went to this Starbucks. I order a relatively simple drink (iced chai tea latte w/ sweet cream cold foam). Decided to swing by this Starbucks and grab my drink. Not only did it take 15 plus minutes to get the drink (inside) it tasted like sour milk. It was absolutely disgusting. I took it back and had them replace it with a cold brew, which they did without hesitation. However it too was just gross. This store gives Starbucks a bad name. Their drinks are gross, and the wait time is obnoxious. They had a total of 3 people working and only 1 person making g drinks for both inside and the drive thru. If you want food poisoning or just being sick to your stomach in general, this is the place for you
