Looking for a West Virginia mug, we called other branches here after two unsuccessful attempts and asked if the mug was still in stock. We were told that the cup was there just once and that it would be put away for us. When we got there we realized that the cup had actually been put away for us. Even for a certain coffee, you went to the warehouse and looked for the ingredients even though the cash register said that the coffee was no longer available. All in all, a very successful visit with a very friendly and motivated team of employees

On the way to a vacation, and decided to stop here. It delayed my already long drive way more than it should have. It doesn’t take 30 minutes to make two drinks. It was NOT busy, customers in the drive thru were served immediately. No apology for the wait. Incorrect label was put on my drink so the name that was called was somebody else and that caused even more of a delay when they figured out they screwed up. Towards the end of the 30 minute wait, workers standing around and doing nothing. Maybe if you paid your workers enough to survive and gave them decent benefits and time off, they might take pride in their job and actually care about it.

Every single time I go here they mess up my coffee drink order. It ALWAYS taste like water coffee. I’m never a person to complain but when I spend 6$ for a drink and every time they mess it up then something needs to be said. Every other Starbucks makes my drink perfectly fine. I’ve decided I’m done going here. If you want any type of latte or espresso do NOT go here….

Great chai tea latte and nice staff. I asked for the smallest size they had and he gave me the "short" no one ever talks about. Very nice dining lounge area however the tables were dirty and sticky.

They need to post signs at the corner before you get to drive through that they are out of certain drinks or food items . This makes twice my husband has sit in line for 45 minute's only to be told they are out of the item we wanted . So please post signs so other won’t have to sit all day only to be told Sold Out !Parking: Parking is fine .
