I ordered a grande skinny vanilla latte made with almond milk. At the travel plaza, it cost two dollars more than at my local Starbucks. What I got did not remotely taste the same as the local Starbucks . It didn’t taste like there was any vanilla at all, and the drink was watery. On my way home, I decided to stop again thinking it had to have been a fluke the first time. No, it was the same bad drink. I gave them two stars for consistency. Consistently bad.
Time to find a new place to stop to get fuel and a decent drink
Extremely slow moving employees.

Just watched the lady making the drinks expertly handle a horrible customer. (1:20 pm on November 4, 2025.) Hats off to all three employees but especially her.
I appreciated that she remade my drink as the mean customer caused so much of a mess that my drink got cold. That was very kind.
It’s always great when employees can have conversation with the patrons, however, when it interferes with making our medium sized $10 drinks and there’s people gathering/waiting/wondering wide eyed/dying of thirst/ trying to get back on the road…. Tighten up the jaw jacking and serve the people who are financing your paycheck.

Wow… it was such a fun experience watching my drink take longer to make than it would’ve taken me to walk home and make it myself. Ordered and paid for a venti (large), got a medium instead—love that for me. And the best part? A handful of employees just standing around like they were watching a live show while the rest of us waited. Truly iconic service.

Went there to order coffee through the drive thru. No signs that it was open inside. Drive thru was closed. Screens were white. No one was inside.
My family waited in line for almost an hour. When we finally got up the front of the line the woman at the counter prepped over 15 cups for mobile orders. We skipped ordering and left. Sad that mobile orders get so skip in front of customers physically waiting in line. When you have a lot of people coming into a travel plaza mobile ordering should be turned off temporarily.

Stood in line for 10 minutes then when I get to the register the cashier tells me they are only accepting cash. That’s something you should be saying outloud while people are waiting inline since you don’t have a sign posted

Where this one is located is great for getting off and back on to the highway. The people working there are so friendly it was great way to start off a rainy day. The food only gets 4 due to it being limited. The atmosphere for travel rest stops it's great as for just being a starbucks I don't see people coming here to get a coffee and spend the afternoon, but that is not what it's for. That is how the people working behind the counter make the difference. Weather it's your first time or tenth time going here they make you feel like your a regular

Closes at 7pm? At a travel plaza in the middle of West Virginia? Shameful! HUGE disappointment.

You pay more here then at the actual stores and they’re not very punctual.
