Had Cody as a server he was their by himself and busy most people would have been completely overwhelmed he stayed positive and made great sandwiches give this guy a raise

A person in front of us was being hard to please. A second employee could have started ours but didn’t. Got tired of standing there and after about five minutes or we just left. Maybe it was shift change or something because if it’s like this all the time it will close down. Sorry, but that’s how it was.

Awful service one of the workers was on the other side of the counter laughing and hugging someone and flipping them off while one person was held up with a credit card machine that was not working and held up the line for like 15 minutes.

2 ladies behind the counter didn't speak to me until I was in the store for awhile. The protein bowl meat wasn't cut up, makes it hard when you have a plastic knife to cut with.

Poor Experience with Subway App and Customer Service

I recently encountered significant issues with the Subway app and customer service at the location on 3604 Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley, WV. I placed an order through the app, which charged me immediately and indicated my sandwich would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived, the sandwich was not prepared, and staff refused to make it or issue a refund.

After waiting an hour to speak with the manager, I was informed that this issue “happens often” and that I’d need to wait for the payment to return to my account. Eventually, the store’s general manager intervened, and my sandwich was made, but the quality was substandard.

Days later, the refund has not been issued, and the app still shows the order as pending pickup, even though the payment is marked complete. My attempt to address this with Subway’s corporate office has not resolved the situation.

This experience raises concerns about Subway’s app functionality, customer service, and accountability. I would recommend caution when ordering through the app or visiting this particular location.

Ordered a BLT and the bacon was so pink it was almost translucent. When I bit into it, it was like chewing gum. Not saying it was undercooked, the fat looked rendered a little, but definitely not cooked enough. It put me off my appetite though and I threw the whole thing away. Staff was super friendly though.

Terrible!!! Ordered the #30 menu item which is salami pepperoni ham turkey, etc, instead got a damn meatball sub which is a #6 menu item, don't know how you can mistake 30 for a 6, so, never will be going back to any subways ever again!! Dumb
