Walked in stood at the counter employees outside smoking looking right at me and just ignored me and had 3 people working not one could come check on me and when they finally did acted like the was annoyed cause they had to do there job when finally asked what I needed said they was out of

Is it Subway or the BP which own this location. No matter who it is the place is beyond disgusting. We ordered a couple subs to eat in. We went over to the area which has seating and we’re totally appalled at how disgustingly dirty the entire area was. The floor and tables were covered in filth and the trash can was overflowing. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting.I highly recommend AVOIDING this location at all cost of you plan to eat inside!!!

"I AN NOT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED TODAY!!!" I post alot about places in the Beckley area. I bought three subs, and I ask to have them halved and wrapped individually. None of the six halves were wrapped properly. Four out of the six fell free as I removed them from the bag and broke apart as they fell back in the bag. "THEY ALL WERE SMASHED!! TOTALLY MESSES UP!!!" I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION AGAIN!!!!Parking: Good parking

The young man that was making subs was rude, and was throwing the ingredients on the sandwich not caring how it landed or the presentation of the sub, truthfully if he was the one who was going to make my sub I would have refused and left.

We went to subway today after church and Tristan was very accommodating. We had a question about a new meat they had and he gave us a small sample to try and told us about the new sub and what all comes on it. He went above and beyond to accommodate my complicated order with a smile on his face and his wonderful service really surprised my husband and I!
