So many negatives about this place: -they don’t have sample cups -you can’t put on the toppings yourself, they do it -and they don’t have any fresh fruit. The only “fruit” they had was canned pineapple and a previously frozen strawberry sauce thing.

my friends and i were very excited to get sweet frog on july 3rd, 2024. the website said it was opened and closed at 9, however when we pulled up it was closed. we are devastated and heartbroken because we wanted sweet frog.
They fired my girlfriend cuase one of the coworkers said she could leave and then she goes into work the next day and says that she is fired for leave when both workers last night (my girlfriend and the other girl) left early ? I don't understand people trying to hurt others especially when it comes to the money that puts food on the table it makes zero sense.

Went there with my family today, got our cups and our ice cream and went to get our toppings, the lady there today (9/21) was very rude and told me she couldn’t give me toppings if it was already eaten out of (it wasn’t). I told her it hadn’t been eaten out of and she accused me of lying about it and very angrily took my cup and I asked for cheesecake bites and she opened the lid and slammed it down on the counter. I said if you want to act like that I’ll just leave and she said it “slipped out of her hand”. We called and asked for the manager about 15 minutes later and she said she was the manager- which I very highly doubt. We won’t be going there again, I don’t know if this woman is just having a bad day or has deeper issues, but they were not very reflective of what sweet frogs should be.
-Edit to add, had she been in the front of the store where the 8+ customers she had were waiting for service, she would have been able to see it hadn’t been eaten out of.
