My grandchildren love this place and the people working there were nice. It just needed cleaned I’m not talking filthy just clean as you go. 15 minutes worth of work would have changed this review. The bathroom was filthy.

It was a very rainy night, but people came out with their kids. Everyone was happy to buy frozen yogurt with all sorts of toppings. So many toppings. Looking forward to a return trip.

Used to love it, however recently they seem to always have nonworking flavors and there aren't many to choose from already. Also the workers are stingy with toppings since they went to one price per cup. you used to be able to get ur own toppings and now they do it for you. They act like you can only get 2 toppings and then they send you to register.

Very disappointed with today’s visit. We’ve spent a lot of time at this store. The lady working was extremely rude on visit. You’re no longer to sample to see if you like the flavor. I asked what if I get a cup and don’t like the flavor. The employee said, “you’ll just know not to get it next time.” That would be a total waste of $7.50+ tax. The lady handled our cups to fill them up without any gloves on since we aren’t allowed. In the past when we stop at this location we were allowed to put out own toppings on. So what’s the difference in myself putting the toppings on vs the employee. She didn’t wash her hands either, no hand sanitizer was used, and she was handing money as well. We will no longer be coming back. We stop here regular on our summer visits.

I usually don’t post reviews on Facebook. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not return to sweet frog after my visit today. Me, my husband and our 6 kids go in and fill our cups up. Then we were informed 2 out of our 6 kids couldn’t get toppings because they ate out of their bowl. So I asked if they could put their toppings in something else and we would put it on their ice cream. They told us we would have to pay for new cups. There’s signs posted with these new rules but the staff should inform people when they hand them the cup. My biggest complaint even isn’t that. The 2 employees working were extremely rude the whole time, from the moment we walked in the door. Also the kid behind us ate out of their cup but they we’re allowed to get toppings. You can’t just pick and choose who you’re going to allow and who not. We then went outside and there was more kids outside upset because they also wasn’t allowed to get toppings. Their mother also said she would not be returning to sweet frog.

My Daughter and my Granddaughter went out on Wednesday 3/1/23, and My daughter asked the worker if they was hiring and she looked at her with a nasty look and said “idk really” and My daughter asked for an application paper for my granddaughter who is 17 to fill out, and she said “well i have to help this other customer” and forgot about it. Well my granddaughter went to get some vanilla yogurt and it was a big line and the women that was behind my daughter and granddaughter went FIRST before them. So while they waited forever her ice cream was totally liquid and she asked the worker which was maybe a woman in her 30s, and she huffed and puffed and turned around and slammed the cup on the table. My granddaughter came back with her yogurt and there was 2 women behind them waiting too. They told my granddaughter to go ahead cause she was waiting and the worker interrupts those 2 ladies, and goes “well now her ice cream is more fresh so i have to serve you” it was like she was just bullying my granddaughter. she didn’t treat the other customers like that at all. It’s like she didn’t think ice cream melts or something. She finally gets to my granddaughter and my daughter speaks up and says all she wants is caramel and cherries and she threw the cherries on my ice cream, my granddaughter handed her the money and she grabbed it out of her hand and my granddaughter said Thank you, she never said anything back. I’m extremely disappointed with how this business has become. We used to go all the time with no problem whenever you could get your own toppings.

Fruit flavors taste very fresh and natural. I did fruit flavors: peach, strawberry, banana, blackberry and ended with chocolate, topped with granola and coconut flakes. So good and great quick service!

The workers are amazing, the ice cream is delicious even without the toppings, and the handsoap in the bathrooms smell really good. The only problem is the machines, the claw machines: the good prizes are in a place where the claw can't grab and the dookie prizes are in the open and sometimes their out of order. The other is the coin machine, the coins take a while to push to the edge and a lot of quarters, also the special coins are normally pushed into the back sometimes your quarters get stuck, also sometimes it is rigged, my aunt has won 2 prizes, a 1906 Indian head and a 1956 wheat penny and I have won 0. Other than those 2 things ☆☆☆☆☆ for this ice cream shop.
